Herolover
Okay. Here is my situation. I am jumping the gun and am going to GM a Galactic Champions campaign. In my campaign there are a group of.....individuals....that have taken up the cause of Foxbat. They have formed an organizatiion that goes around carrying out "the will of Foxbat" and preparing for his second comming since they don't believe he ever died. My problem...I don't know what to call this organization...besides nuts that is. So, what would you name the organization?
Chuckg
The Church of Foxbat, of course! (The Divine Willis was a pansy.)
Hermit
The First Church of Foxbat Foxbateers "F O X... eXcuse me, but he's not gone for ever.... B A T...Tea will be served after the meeting... Foxbat, Fox bat, forever let us hold his trademark High HI!" Foxbat Force- "We are... FOXBAT FORCE!" Always done with dramatic poses and exclaimation points.
winterhawk
The Foxbattalion! "All hail Foxbat!" And everything they do should be shouted in unison...use the drill scene in Stripes as a reference.
levi
Since Foxbat always believed that his life was a comic book made real, these Foxbat Followers (FFers) might believe that they are living a sci fi space epic. They may see themselves as the Foxbellion and the characters as the Evil Empire of Earth. Picture an army of ragtag soldiers issued ping pong ball guns or a flight of 'bellion F-Wing fighters firing streams of high yield explosive ping pong balls. The flagship of the FFers' fleet would be the Millenium Fox, helmed by none other than the dashing Captain Freddy Solo (a direct decendant of the original Foxbat of course). Wouldn't that be Foxbat Force Five? [Pulp Fiction] Fox - because we're foxy chicks. Bat - because, umm, oh, forget it... Force - because we're a force to be reckoned with. Five - because there's 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 of us... [/Pulp Fiction]
CrosshairCollie
If you're a Hero old-timer, you could call the group 'Fandom', since the old Adventurer's Club letters column (answered by Foxbat, of course) was called 'Foxbat and Fandom', and see who gets it. (I still use the name 'Foxbat and Fandom' for whatever team of loonies Foxbat has wrangled up for a scheme ... it's just stuck in my brain somehow.) Foxbatallion was quite good. I like that one. I may steal it.
Herolover
Thanks for all the replies so far. You have given me some great ideas to work with when I was really stumped. LEVI: I have to say your idea really intrigues me. I might have to go with it.

Sketchpad
How about the Foxbatites? Splicers who've attempted to create themselves in the image (though mmajorly skewed) of Foxbat himself?
