The other tricky part here is that both our names are on the mortgage, and the house is about 50k underwater right now. So we can't sell, and we can't afford to make the improvements necessary to rent it out. So we're stuck together indefinitely! Joy. So priority one may be figuring out how to be good friends again. That having been said, it is a deeply painful and truly sucktastic period of time to endure to get to the point where you truly feel that way. You have my empathy.
