Re: [Compilation] "to Star HERO Conversions & Adaptations"

Say.... some time ago, I was able to get some character sheets for the cast of Firefly.

However, I never saw a Kaylee, Simon, or Book. Anyone have any that they want to share with me?

And anyone ever do a character sheet for the Serenity?

Re: [Compilation] "to Star HERO Conversions & Adaptations"

Many of the links for the things I was interested in (Star Frontiers, Traveller) are either dead, or from 2003-4.

Does anyone have any updates for either of these conversions for 6e?

Didn't there used to be a Star Hero Fan page with forum and sections for various conversions/settings/bits? I'm not finding it just this second...

Aha. Found it. And... it's also down... :(

Yeah, Star Hero Fandom was hijacked by criminals. Glad that the site's owner got that stuff dealt with. Hope he gets the site running again soon. Perhaps someone could start a Wikia Page for all of our Hero Links and files. It may be a better bet than dealing with a bunch of different sites that either disappear or die after the owner loses interest or the host goes out of business or changes in some way.

As a stopgap, the older versions of the page(s) can be found via the Internet Wayback Machine. The 'master listing' of saved versions can (based on my current search) be found here: https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://starherofandom.com .

The December 16th, 2008 archive appears as if it might be the most recent 'safe version', prior to the hack attack(s). The link to it is here:

https://web.archive.org/web/20081216155430/http://www.starherofandom.com/ . Other older versions appear safe as well, and provide (IMNSVHO) some interesting options and might also be worth a look.....
