Also, do you want all the multipower powers to be ultras ? Or did you want them to be multis, and be variable in level ? Just curious. Otherwise a nice build. -Carl- PS: I see this might be your first post....Welcome to the forums !

nexus
Re: Wonder Woman First, welcome to the boards. Second, looks pretty solid and straightforward. I'll echo Enforcer about Ranged based on Strength for the thrown Tiara. I'm not familiar enough with Wonder Woman to know if the Stun Only EB is appropriate but no one else has said anything. Guest steamteck
Re: Wonder Woman Very nice conservative point build. Not so very different than the homage that showed up in our campaign:D
braincraft
Re: Wonder Woman I'm just impressed at how much you managed to do with so few points. This WW has the bracers, the tiara, the lasso (with truth-power!), the super-strength and durability, and even a relatively high level of skill-competence. I probably would have inflated her to twice the points. I admit, I never would have thought of using Gestures with Armor.

assault
Re: Wonder Woman Suggestion: it would be good if you laid out the individual point totals, rather than just aggregating them. It would make it easier to spot anything that isn't quite right. It looks like a nice clean build, otherwise.
braincraft
Re: Wonder Woman It looks like this was done longhand (longtype? longkeyboard?) rather than an exported HD file, so I'm willing to cut a little formatting slack. It looks good enough.
JmOz
Re: Wonder Woman Good build overall, I would recomend changing the bracelets to extra DCV instead of Armor, in otherwords like shields are built, but other than that nice solid build. Also not sure if the 1 recoverable charge on the lasso would fly in my game, but I would let the player make there case, it is overall an interesting and well done character. Have some of the rep

Lord Fyre
Re: Wonder Woman So my 1000 pt Wonder Woman was not your cuppa? Actually, getting iconic characters close to the 350 point range does make them both more useable in play, and good examples of character creation for people new to the game (but familiar with the genre). Admittedly, your 1,000 point build is closer to her demonstrated abilities in the comics. But I have never been a fan having NPCs grossly outclass the player characters. (Which exceptions being made for villians intended to face the whole team!)
korovan
Re: Wonder Woman Good job! My only suggested change would be to spend a measly 5 pts and raise her COM to 30. Attractiveness is a very subjective thing of course, but WW is usually depicted as the pinnacle of female beauty both in how she is drawn by most artists and by how other characters respond to her.... My 2 cents..
Enforcer84
Re: Wonder Woman And when she gets some xp, I'd expand her bracelets to include Missile Deflection. Cassandra
Re: Wonder Woman The RKA in the Tiara multipower is Wonder Woman using the sharp edge of the tiara, the EB STUN Only is her using blunt edge. Both attacks are physical in nature. The second multipower is her running, swimming, leaping, or flying (with or without her invisible plane) so ultra slots are fine. I am planning to put her Transform: Instant Change in that Multipower and upgrade it to any clothes, giving me 5 points to add to background skills. Reduced her speed to 4 and you have 10 more. I'll keep working on it. I'll be doing 250 point version as well. I just started a group at yahoo. Not much yet, but working on it. Cassandra
Re: Wonder Woman I'll put up a 250 point version soon, and work on the skills and the lasso. I gave her Armor as a fallback in case she missed her roll, but WW always avoids the KAs anyway. I'll work on that too.
gojira
Re: Wonder Woman Welcome Valkyrie.... er, Cassandra! Nice job over all. I'm not familiar enough with Wonder Woman to really know if all the Life Support is appropriate. Just pointing that out that it seems a bit much, you could save some points there. Also, I wonder if her Bracers are really Gestures, or just Restrainable. But overall, fantastic work.

Cassandra
Re: Wonder Woman Regarding her Life Support, those came from the more modern Comic Book version. She and her Mother were stranded on the surface of the Moon by Circe and survived long enough to make it to the Watchtower. Just covering all bases. See my 250 point version for a more realistic WW. Cassandra
Re: Wonder Woman Explaination about the 250 point version This is Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman. Her magic belt was thought up by the writers in order to avoid the whole bondage issue on television, not that she didn't get tied up a lot anyway. Steve was the only DNPC on both shows, but I threw in Wonder Girl because of her popularity and I'll have a 150 write up for her shortly. Her Megascale flight is the Invisible Plane, which she can only use in hero ID. This version is toned down a bit, but I think covers her abilities quite nicely.
