The movie Looks good. Reminds me of the old Marion Zimmer Bradly novel "Hunters of the Red Moon" only without other alien species as side by side prey.

Actually, Hunters of the Red Moon was co-authored* by Bradley's eccentric, late-blooming brother, Paul Edwin Zimmer. Check out his "Dark Border" books, especially the later two, A Gathering of Heroes and Ingulf the Mad. Not much for the Predators, but some impressively intellectuallly mature heroic fantasy with well-realised fight scenes.

(*Also, Storm Queen. I did not know that.)

You can't shoot a kid with that in a crowded movie theater! A .357 would really overpenetrate and might hit someone else. Besides' date=' there are too many witnesses![/quote']

I was a scout. Always prepared for such trivial things as collateral damage. 80 Gr. for the .357 Sig. Works wonders.

Quite true. My bad for not mentioning him. She credited him for helping clean up her swordplay scenes etc as well as regular contributions of co-authoring. I have the "Dark Border" series in fact and rather enjoyed them.

BTW, Many many years ago I used hunters of the red moon as a scenario in my SF campaign.
