steriaca
He flies badly, plays he bagpipes badly, or only flies when he plays the bagpipes badly? Would you believe all three? (I ment to say he plays the bagpipes badly, but considering he is a comical character, it can mean all three at the same time.)

steriaca
Just a question: does anyone want an "Unofficial Populating The Atomic Age" and "Unofficial Populating The Silver Age" thread?
Major Tom 2009
Why not have just the one thread covering both ages, as they were more or less the same period? About the only real difference was that there was less of a focus on Communist-based villains (both mundane and superpowered) being some of the major enemies of the heroes of the time as the '60s and '70s got closer. PhantomGM2602
Here's a ref Pics that might give you some ideas for revising SAGA's costume It's from the EARTH 2 GN from DC Comics Plus here's some pics from SUPREME,Kid SUPREME and Superboy for ideas of Supremor, Kid Supremor, and Prince SAGA of course. Fun fact During WWII American scientists discovered a crashed UFO sphere which turns out to the enemy of Saga, Supremor the Supreme menace sent from the future to destroy him,but has disintigrated into chemicals which the tarmy used to create thier own super soldier. Kid Supremor is Military school dropout who injected himself with the Supremor formula to best Prince SAGA at his own game and to get rich at the same time. Nothere
Major Tom considering I didn't even really describe these three's outfits, I really ought to give you a raise. Fortunatly your doing this because your just that great.
Major Tom 2009
Nothere: thanks; I hadn't done these three yet for the simple reason that I needed to think about how they should look, based on what descriptions there were for the three of them. Once I had the basic idea for what each of them should look like, it was easy to go on from there. Doll Queen: since it wouldn't have been practical to try to do a really small pic of the Doll Queen outside of her walker suit, I decided to do a pic of the suit itself. I decided to make the suit a bit larger than an average human female, both because of the size of the internal support structure needed for it in order to be able to move as much like a human being as possible, and the need for the awe factor when deal- ing with whatever minions she has working for her (let's face it -- it's a lot easier for a six- or seven-foot tall "broad" in a super-strong metal suit [who can bench-press a two-and-half ton truck and bend steel bars] to get done whatever she wants them to do, than it would be for a three-inch tall one). The head of the suit needed to be a bit larger than a normal human head as well, in order to accommodate the miniaturized controls and radio equipment, along with the gear necessary for life support within the 'cockpit' -- miniaturized compressed-oxygen tanks, purification and recycling apparatus, and internal air-conditioning to keep it from getting too hot from the suit's heat buildup. As far as keeping harmful gases out, the cockpit/head would probably meet modern-day NBC standards. The head's visor is mirrored, polarized heavy-duty glass, while the 'crown' is actually a radio receiver antenna. Das Fencer: as far as his appearance goes (looking like someone from out of a swashbuckler movie), I decided to make him look like a cross between the Gene Kelly character from The Pirate, and the Cary Elwes character from The Princess Bride, as both played 'black-suited swordsman' types in those particular films. The red sash and vest were my touches, so that the character would have a bit of color to his look. Saboteur: I figured that, with his modus operandi, he wouldn't be the type to wear a colorful or other- wise flashy outfit, so I did his pic with him wearing a dark grey coverall/jumpsuit, with a full-coverage hood of the same color. His acid gun is hanging from his back, while his bombs -- modified 'pineapple'- type grenades with delay detonators -- hang from his harness and his belt. The detonators can be set for up to ten minutes, giving him time to leave the area before the bombs blow (he generally places the bombs where they'll do the most damage first without activating the delay timers; only after the last bomb is placed will he activate the timers, retracing his steps along the way). Part of his MO is to use his acid gun on any damage-control equipment -- fire hoses, etc. -- so that it can't be used to put out any fires or otherwise limit the spread of any damage. Nothere
O.k. It took me awhile to find him, but here is Gorillia Goon. He was designed for a low powered street, golden agey type 5th edition game. Gorillia Goon 40 str 30 24 dex 42 18 con 16 13 body 6 13 int 3 15 ego 10 20 pre 10 14 com 2 18 pd 4 14 ed 4 5 spd 16 12 rec 36 end 42 stun 5” superleap 5 5 wealth 500k per year +2 lvl combat luck 12 3 acrobatics 14- 3 breakfall 14- 3 climbing 14- 10 +2 htoh combat levels 4 perk mob leader 2 ks organized crime 11- 2 ks city 11- 2 ps mobster 11- 3 security systems 12- 3 stealth 14- 3 streetwise 13- 15 public id Marius Garton 20 hunted cops (mp,nci, 8-) 10 Hunted by mobsters (ap, 8-) 10 hunted by superheroes (ap,8-) 15 rep violent mob boss 11-, ext) 15 distinctive features apelike man (nc) 10 psych violent (c,m) 15 psych wants to control city (c,s) Marius Garton was a big hairy man who enjoyed hurting people. Becoming a legbreaker for the local loan shark was a natural job for him. Turns out he also had some brains to go with his brawn, and quickly rose through the ranks of organized crime. Unfortunatly there are a lot of big tough guys, and eventually he reached a point where he could advance no further. He needed an edge. Having heard of a scientist who was working on a strength formula, he broke into the lab and took it. The formula worked, and he became far stronger and more agle than ever before. He also became larger, harier, and his features became more ape like. When his boss took him to meet with the mob’s boss “Scale” Mancuso, he declared that from now on he was running the mob. After killing everyone who objected, he decided he’d need a new nickname. People could never seem to decide on wither to call him a gorillia or a goon, so he used both. Gorillia Goon immediately moved to take over the docks. The gar was bloody and went on for weeks. However he didn’t manage to take over, and accepted peace terms. Though no one expects he’s satisfied. Their right. Gorillia Goon is amasing a war chest , men, and guns. He hasn’t decided if he’s going to try for the docks again. But he won’t stop until every hood in the city answers to him. Personality/ Motivation Gorillia Goon is a simple man. He wants all the wealth and the power in the world, and he intends to take it. True he’ll have to take it piece by piece and he’ll have to fight for it. But he’s always had a simple philosophy. It’s not violence that doesn’t solve problems. It’s not enough violence. Quote “Heres how this works. You are going to pretend to run things. You are going to ignore and cover up, whats going to start going on in the back room. You will do this because your getting extra money a week, or because I ripped off your arm and beat you to death with it.” Cracks knuckles. Powers/ Tactics Gorillia Goon tends to rely on his fists, but he’s more than just a dumb goon. So when confronting large numbers he’ll have a pack of heavily armed gunmen wear down the enemy before attacking. Appearance Gorillia goon is 7’ tall, very hairy, and his features are more ape like than human. However he is in charge now, and is rarely seen with out a suit like he’s seen them wear in gangster pictures from the 30’s and 40’s. Though they tend to be too small and he’s usually tugging at some part of it.
