  2. Re: The cranky thread Why is it whenever I just want to go home after a long, tiring day (even longer after a sleepless night), it always, ALWAYS takes an extra long time to get home? EVERY F***ING TIME!

  4. Re: The Non Sequitor Thread Oh noes, my friend got himself killed trying to perform a stupid stunt! And he didn't even eat his hamburger. Never mind, I'll eat it for him. What? He won't need it anymore.

  7. Re: Modern-day Pulp? Some hotels in San Francisco still have Doorman and bellhops. Not all of them, though. Fedoras seem to be making a bit of a comeback, although many of them, like mine, are the short-brimmed type.
  8. Re: The cranky thread You better hope I NEVER get legal immunity, because I'd go hog wild with it. I won't wait for that if I catch a camera following me; I'm averse to being filmed or photographed.

  10. Re: Modern-day Pulp? I first saw the series on AMC, and I watched a few on YouTube. But they got pulled.
  11. Re: The cranky thread Okay, orc then. God knows loud mouth could have played one in the LOTR movies without makeup.
  12. Re: A Thread for Random Videos Anyone remember this show?
  13. Re: Quote of the Week From My Life. My tastes run more toward Italian opera. But it's not really that hard to understand. Love always plays a major role in the story; it's how the composer presents it. Verdi makes it tragic. Mozart prefers to have a bit of fun instead. And Wagner kills off all the players before anyone reaches orgasm.
  14. Re: Modern-day Pulp? George Sanders wanted to give up the role, so he passed the torch to his brother. And Tom Conway proved to be even more popular as the Falcon. I was able to find a couple of full movies with George Sanders as the Falcon on YouTube. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yVctrzt940U&list=PL6358A2FC9DBA0527 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNcAR55aovU&list=PLB48B4025A6226914&index=1

  20. Re: The cranky thread To the obnoxious loudmouth on the train today: If you were offended when I called you stupid, it's because you know it's true. So does everyone who was on the bus. You have the appearance of a pig, and a personality to match. The only thing that saved you from a broken jaw is that there were too many witnesses, and my time is too precious to waste in prison. The world will be a better place when you die.
