    Pretty good.

I agree he needs some Luck.

I'd also give him some more business related KS or PS (Burecratics is a good call, but I'd add High Finance or such), Criminology, maybe some AK of the far east and Gotham, maybe some language skills and KS related to martial arts.

However, different gamers like different levels of detail in a write up.

After reading some of the excellent suggestions (thanks Eosin and Oddhat) I made a few changes that will hopefully reflect the character better. I removed the High Tech perk. It stands to reason and is almost a genre convention that the heroes have access to better tech. I also realized that I forgot to add Only in Heroic Identity to the Multipower. As a result, I was able to boost a few of the areas that were cited as being weak. In particular, I went ahead and added Luck, a CK of Gotham and a PS: High Finance. I also boosted the EGO a little bit higher than it was.

To Master Trebuchet, the Batmobile is coming. I just have to read up on the rules a bit to get the gist of vehicle building. Some guys just have that ability come a little easier. Here is the revised version of the character. I'm going to leave the original one above for comparison.

Dr Benedict and Palmer are outside a bar full of vampire policemen. They need to rescue a woman who has been offered up as refreshments but are outnumbered 10 to 1. Palmer suggests Benedict drive his 120 year old Deusenberg through the front of the bar to surprise the vampires.

Benedict: "That's no good. I'd never survive a high speed crash into a wall."

Palmer: "Well, turn into Captian Mysterion and he can drive through the wall."

Plot Hook 1) Milos Ridavich isn't the first man to become the Frog Man of Pittsburgh. Rumor has it there have been others, many others. Someone has uncovered a burial ground to prove it.

Plot Hook 2) An old villain has returned from obscurity to demand revenge on the city of Pittsburgh and its amphibian avenger. The problem is no one knows where the Croaker is, or how to find him.

Plot Hook 3) The Croaker has been seen more and more, patrolling the city. He seems intent on finding one man, a local gangster named Wally Flud. His agility and speed make him hard to stop for an interview from those who want to know what's going on.

GM's note- This character was obviously inspired by Steve Ditko's Creeper. This is an attempt to insert a hero as a fixture in the CU fifties when the cold war was at its height. Modifications should be easy so the character can be a historical subject, a new hero, or a cryptological subject that disappears whenever someone tries to study it. He might even fit in as a crusty old timer showing new guys the way around town.

For an IT guy who works from home maybe he wrote and maintains a specialized internal software package for a large dispersed company. He might be on call for support for the software, but otherwise left alone to work on bugs and upgrades.

Maybe he'd have to take the odd call while on an adventure. He could use a cell phone and a headset. I could just see it now:

Hero: "Inter-Data tech support, Mike speaking. How can I help you?"
Villain: "What? Blast your cursed swing-line, I'll soon be free of it!"
Hero: "Have you tried closing the application and restarting it?"
Villain: "Ugh! You dare lay hands on Invictor?! I will teach you the meaning of pain!"
Hero: "ARRGH!" "Did you see any error messages pop up before it crashed?"
Villain: "NOO! You've crushed my Omni-Staff! DIE WORM! Hey, who are you talking to?"
Hero: "It sounds like you'll have to do a reboot." "Unghf!" "Let's try that and see if it loads the database again."
Villain: "Are you on the phone?! You DARE take a call while fighting INVICTOR?!"
Hero: "Whuf!" "Okay, it looks like the database connection is back, go to your file menu and see if it saved your last changes."
    Villain: "PAY ATTENTION TO ME!"

"How much longer, Reflector?," asked a nervous man pointing a pair of large pistols at the door he was facing. His attention kept shifting to the man in silver who was working on violating the laser security around the prize they wanted.

"Don't worry about what he's doing," said the other man in the room, clad in a white shell. "Keep focused on your side of the room. The others should be keeping the Streak busy until we're done."

"I just want to get this over with and get out of here before there's trouble," said the pistolero. "I should have gone into demolition."

"Do you mind Heatseeker?," asked Reflector, making an adjustment. The laser array redirected itself long enough for him to pick up the gold and brass head piece they had targeted for theft.

"Let's go," said Reflector, placing the headpiece into a canvas bag hanging from his belt.

"I can't believe you dudes are trying to rob and go," said the Shadow Streak, appearing in the doorway in front of them. "That's so unlike you."

    "Replicate," said Reflector.

The trio multiplied into a dozen men in strange costumes. That made Heatseeker nervous enough to fire his pistols, and all of his duplicates fired with him. The bullets broke apart into micro sized pellets that would follow anyone they locked on.

"Not this tired bit again," said the Streak, disappearing from the room, missiles in tow.

The men in the white shells pointed in all directions, forming a wall around the villains. The solid ice sheet extended into a dome over them. That would buy them some time to get away from the scene. Not even the Streak would search the whole city house to house.

Everything had not gone according to plan, but they still had enough time to make it out clean as long as they didn't panic.

The black clad Shadow Streak ran from the museum room. His powers told him that all of the missiles fired by Heatseeker and his clones were real. Somehow Reflector had made his images into real things. Now the speedster had to ditch them as fast as possible, and get back where this run had started from.

The Streak hit the street, and really poured it on. The missiles sensing their victim was gone, exploded in the empty road. Fragments peppered parked cars, and storefronts, but no innocents were hurt.

The Streak returned to the museum in a moment. He searched the place, but had to admit he had been foxed by Reflector and the rest. Whatever they had wanted from the storehouse, they got clean away with while he was ditching his hounds.

He had a feeling he had not heard the end of this, but he was done for the night. The police had the diversionary team, and were on the way. All he could do was find out about what was stolen.

Then he could try and get it back.

Anatomy of Love by Helen Fisher.

Just finished this one for the second time, loved it, bored Zornwil to near-death talking about it at GenCon.

Fisher takes a look at mariage, adultery, and mating strategies from an evolutionary point of view, and supports her conclusions with well referenced hard data. If you want to know exactly how both the free-love and back-to-the-1950s crowd are wrong, this is the book for you.
