I made a bullet proof vest for an eight year old girl today. If she had to wear it she wanted it to be pink. So it was pink. It made me very sad.

I usually just use Absolute Direction Sense for GPS.
 
Satelites able to take pictures of people: Telescopic, enough to get from orbit to the desired detail level. Eidetic Memory is a good way to simulate taking a picture and store it. HRRP with Transmit to get the picture back down to where someone on Earth can view it.

I was joining one of my GMs other regular games for a few sessions, I don't normally play with the second group, but their game takes place in a shared world so my character can join them.. I'm a shapeshifter with Accidental Change, most of them are powersuit types.
 
We're attacking a wharehouse with magic weilding thugs, after subduing the outside guards we're deciding what to do next when a sniper opens a window and shoots me, doing body triggers the Accidental Change and I burst into an Unkindness of Ravens (3 dozen birds or so).
 
GM: You get shot and take 2 Body.
Me: *rolls Acc.Chng.* I explode into a bunch of ravens.
The Healer: I CAN'T HEAL THAT!!!
 
They didn't know, up to that point, that I could shape shift at all... it was one of those surprise moments you can never repeat.

If you really want the quirks of a sfx to be captured by the game rules, you could actually type
 
"(Can do any power trick fire sfx can do with a power skill roll -0) (Cannot do any power trick fire sfx cannot do -0)"
 
after each of your powers, but for most people, this is just understood.

Benedict: "That's no good. I'd never survive a high speed crash into a wall."
 
Palmer: "Well, turn into Captian Mysterion and he can drive through the wall."

I thought it was a clever tackling of a universal RPG system, instead of the multi figure approach of other covers.
