Bullet is a good old southern gal who can create a blasting field which propells her through the air like a bullet. She is one of the more recent members of The Geen Twisted, a group of pro-mutant bigot criminals/terrorist and was personally scouted out by the group's savage tracker Savage.

Funny how most of us (if not all) make her to be a patirotic brick character.

Professor Rebecca Lawson is Americana The Beautiful (or simply called Americana for short). She is a top genetics scientist who gave herself high strength, agility, and toughened her skin when she decided to use her gifts to fight crime. Most of the time she plays the dumb blonde/dumb brick stereotype, but she is far from stupid. In fact, she is as smart, if not even smarter, than most of the smart heroes out there today.

    Personal Journal - New Glory

I'm not sure how to date this entry - it's not like they had calendars back in the Jurassic, and my smartphone went nutso as soon as we went through the time gate.  Major Patriot says I'll have to wait until we get back before I can tweet about our trip.  Bummer.

So anyway, I had Major P take the attached pic right after we got here.  Major suckage that we landed in the water, but at least it wasn't deep enough to get my hair wet.  The bugs are a pain, but the big leather birds are cool, and the dinos are freaking awesome.  I'm half-hoping we run into a T-Rex - I bet with my strength I can pick one up by the tail and spin him around like a toy!  Yay, me!  #dinogirlrulz!

Major Paintriot keeps telling me that we're not here to ride dinos, or fly with the pteroduckbills or whatever.  He's such a downer.  I was kinda hoping going back in time would pull that stick out of his butt, but whatever!  So we're off to chase down Doc Diabolical before he does whatever he's planning to do.  Major P keeps talking about the butterfly effect, but I haven't seen a single butterfly since we got here, just dragonflies the size of your fist.

Wonder if I should warn the dinos about the asteroid that's gonna wipe 'em out...

Me? I simply ignore the dinosaurs, assuming that the "photo" was taken durring an adventure (either time travel or to a Savage Land [tm] environment). She is a superhero after all (unless she is not).

Walter Walkabout was an anamatronic humanoid wallabe and star and lead singer of the children's show The Chocolate Sundaes. They were on the air for about twenty-five years before finally given the axe by the network. Walter was the only one of the four robot band to excape in resemblance of 'alive' thinking mechanical beings can get.

Eventually he came across Dr. Nymax!, and he joined the Lucky 13 to pay for his maintenance and eventually reactivation of the other three. He is a light brick in a silly wallabe costume and speaks in a silly Australian accent. He has a huge pouch to put things in and take things out of. And he has a boomerang. Only one. And he doesn't know how to throw it.

I would bring the tech down to Wild West levels. Telegraphs yes. Telephones no. No radio. No television. Maybe motion pictures.

Add magic and steampunk into this mix.

So, is this the modern age? Have it regressed to Wild West technology without regressing things like fashion?

The "sidekick" is the real hero, Mega Mouse. Mega Mouse is, in reality, a normal mouse who had his brain augmented with amazing mental powers, including mental illusions, and a android shell where his brain is incased.

He "creates" Alpha Man from his illusion casting abilities because nobody would accept an uplifted mouse's brain in an android body which appears kinda like a cartoon mouse as a serious superhero.

It depends on the campaign. Some game masters are ainal and require points for watches, keys (Desolification, usable by others, focus, only to go through a certan area), even game systems. Other game masters are less anal.

Question: How do I simulate a person with the power to...
    a) Force a person into a suspended animation state...
b ) ...and in that state, start slowly healing them.

The character can encase a willing person in black ice, and slowly heal there wounds while in this state. She needs not concentrate upon the power or anything. The ice will 'melt' once the person inside is healed, or until another condition she sets up happens.

The library starts to stock itself with old H. P. Lovecraft books, along with Stephen King books (IT!, for example, along with the Dark Tower books) and copies of the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure manga (for the bizarreness, if nothing else). The record player plays episolds of Lights Out, no mater what record appears to be playing. If push comes to shove, and the need to warn is now, it plays "Flying Purple People Eater". The TV set starts playing old superhero cartoons...basicaly any Fantastic Four episold with Doctor Doom in it, or X-Men with Magneto, Appoplayses, or Mojo. Also books on Doctor Destroyer start appearing.

Subject 752 is the greatest success of the Kobayashi Institute thus far as the 12 year old boy had survived his treatments of Project: NEOGEN and had developed abilities and gained full control of them almost immediately. Most importantly he was fully under control of government liaison "Mr. Sakura(Cherry Blossom)". 752 can summon a bio-electric ectoplasmic shell around his body that takes various forms. This one he calls Sailor Star. While this shell is active he can fly and shoot bolts of bio-electricity and is highly resistant to attacks. He can also summon a giant robot form, a kaiju monster that breaths bolts of energy and a wise cracking boyishly handsome man wielding a ridiculously huge sword that is somehow also a gun.

Currency is only a background thing in a superhero campaign. If all your character's powers come from gadgets, it is assumed your able to afford the repair cost and upkeep even if your character has to raid resteraunt trashcans for there next meal. You payed points for your powersuit, not cash.

steriaca got a reaction from BoloOfEarth in Why purchase a Skill Level with All Attacks?
Well, unless you buy Inherent on OCV and DCV, they can be Drain(ed). Skill Levels, on the other hand, are imune to normal Drain powers.

GMs can cap maximum OCV/DCV/OMCV/DMCV. But since Skill Levels are considered skills, like Martial Arts, the user can use the manuvers and levels to go beyond the cap.

You might want to use them when your OCV and DCV are down because of maneuvers.

Of course, your mileage may vary. Check with your GM first.

This is the teenage android Mark O.N.E.. He was built to be able to generate and store incredible amounts of electricity, and to morph his hands/arms/legs/feat into various tools. Pictured here is his Lifter Hands (incresed Strength only for lifting and carring). He is still exploring the vast capabilities of his android body.

He is not exactly a superhero or a supervillain. He is still struggling to find his own place in the world, and the reason why he was built and programed the way he is. In fact, he has no memory of who created him. This, one moment he saves people from a burning building, another moment he is robbing a bank.
