Re: House Rule for Falling Damage? CrosshairCollie answered it well enough. Though I like Champsguy little rule. Heck, we made it less dangerous since we let breakfall work and just had the minuses from velocity (max -15 unless DI was involved)

Re: Musings on Random Musings A lot of my cheese knowledge comes from books since I have to look up the various places. Can't say I've tried Lighthouse. There's one from Point Reyes that impressed me.

Re: A Thread for Random Musings My wife found a job that she feels she would be very good at. I agree with her, so I told her she should at least apply. She sent in an application with her references. One of the references telecomutes there. So she also has an inside track. The only downside is, the job is 7.5 hours from Phoenix, 3.5 from Las Vegas, and 6.5 from Salt Lake. And of course miles from the Ocean. This would get me to get rid of a lot of materials that I could stand getting rid of. Plus a good opportunity. The place is also looking for Computer people, but they're very much a windows shop.
