Re: Super City The "Where Am I?" Station: This place is designed is basically a series of hologram chambers. Anyone paying the price can get such a chamber and program it for any place and time and situation that they desire. However as these chambers go, just because the program was input correctly does not mean that that is what is received. At any time things can change in either a favorable or unfavorable condition that could include either a lockout or (either real or recreated) PCs and known NPCs. So maned because a popular question is "Where am I?"

Re: How to Build: True Duplication In 6ed there is an advantage called Altered Duplicate. Using this you can make the dup to be possibly completely different from the base. From your description I believe that you would prefer the +1/4 level that allows upto 25% point alteration (unless the GM rules otherwise ).
