As He-Man and She-Ra also transformed their harmless pets into war-mounts when they transformed, so Worfa can turn her diplomatic skiff into a mighty warship. No-one suspects that a frail old dignitary like Warfa could be the 8-foot warrior she becomes. Hey, you know whose gimmick is a lot like She-Ra already? Variant: She-Ra + Mary Marvel Best of both powersets!

    I will take Baron Zemo. Guess who raised Cassandra Cain in this universe? I must say, a lot of great choices so far. I like to imagine Beast and Hercules bantering in Greek. The movie implied the Mask got his powers from an imprisoned Loki, so there's obvious story there.
