Okay, I have Pariah, Dr. MID-Nite, and Cancer as the last needing an option. Unless I missed one of yours?

Okay, the remaining two for me were Gallaxhar (lucky break for me, actually) and Green Arrow.

Option Giant Gorilla Superman (from Earth 53 Dark Knights Rising: The Wild Hunt)

Rocket was casing Galaxhar's ship, when the combined duo of Poison Ivy and Wartoy took it first! Even worse, they had some idea of what they wanted: transdimensional teleporter technology. Wartoy used it to grab a city from another dimension, Gorilla city, and slam it right into Wakanda. The ship was immediately destroyed. But where were Poison Ivy and Wartoy? Rocket went to survey the fallout, and found Swamp Thing already there, drawn by the distress of the plants. Investigations were made more difficult by the confrontation between Wakanda and Gorilla City. Transdimensional assault can make such a territorial dispute.

Little did Rocket and Swamp Thing know that this was Wartoy and Poison Ivy's plan all along; by throwing the two nations into immediate conflict, Poison Ivy got to create a new plant sanctuary and Wartoy got to sadistically murder people in it.

Even with the extra help from Darkwing Duck, Green Arrow (and his new sidekick, Eve) will they be able to settle down the Gorillas and the Wakandans in time to stop the real threat?

I said earlier that if I saw anymore awesome Ukrainian tractor stories (after stealing Russian equipment and pulling light rail during a power outage) I'd make Ukrainian Tractor Guy a Dark Champions character. So here you go, Victor Tractorvich drove tanks in the Red Army just before the Soviet Union collapsed. Between that and decades on his family farm there's no equipment he can't work on. Killdozer? Don't tempt him.

I've seen several threads on building drones in HERO (usually as an clairsentience with indirect fire, or an automaton/duplication/summon) I haven't seen any with modifications for using them skill-wise? This would be for a Dark Champions game where equipment is bought with money not points.

What rules do you use for spotting drones? The drone records the coordinates of the target so someone with indirect fire (like a mortar) can hit the target. So ... do you have the mortar team roll a SS: Ballistics to target the right hex?

What rules do you use for electronic warfare? Opposed Electronics rolls? because unless the drone has a bit of AI, cutting it off from its controller is a real vulnerability.

I assume this requires Transport Familiarity. Now, if I use Demolitions to turn this into a loitering munition, does that mean I use a Combat Piloting roll to attack? Do I need Weaponsmith: drones to do  this along with the Demolitions roll? Electronics? Inventor?

What if I use the dropped-bomb method? Is drone-dropped munitions its own Weapon Familiarity? What skills does that modification require?
