Susano
3 hours ago, RavenX99 said: I'm always a little curious... do you think Aaron wrote such detailed notes because he knew he might want to publish, or was Aaron just that way? Aaron was part of Rogue's Gallery for years and a lot of his universe was published there. So, the Wanderers were a fully-realized Rogue's Gallery article first. Once he started assembling material for his planned series of Strike Force Universe books, he ported the whole article over as is. A lot of what I am working from is his scattered histories and notes for his Strike Force Universe project, which vary in completeness. Susano
Nothing says Champions like stating out a 50' tall Nazi whose 1st power is "Giant Luger" (6d6 RKA). This is part of the Wanderers chapter, a villain (naturally), who is the 50' tall leader of the Strike Force Nazi faction. His name is Götterdämmerung and he totals 1973 points. I am going to offer a different take on one of his powers as (IMO) 6e allows for a cleaner version. The Wanderers, to be clear, are 750-point base supers. So... yeah, cosmic-scale action. Susano
Update for those following the Strike Force Organizations progress: the Wanderers are at ~24,000 words. I need to add the Campaign Use and Scenario sections, edit the character sheets a bit, fix some errors, and do some formatting. I hope to have this section done by the end of the week or so. Susano
A sneak peak at the Wanderers portion of Strike Force Organizations: Transportation 50,000 Light Years Away: Teleportation 1m, x8,192 Increased Mass, MegaScale (1m = 50,000 lightyears; +5 1/2), Cannot Alter Scale (-1/4) (412 Active Points); Extra Time (1 Turn; -1 1/4), Linked (Gravitational Attraction Field;; -1/4), Side Effects (Götterdämmerung enters an extended coma lasting months to years; -2). Total cost: 91 points. Sketchpad
Susano
I had to revise this as I forgot an Advantage. But you get the scale of Aaron's take on cosmic supers. Sketchpad
Susano
An update on Strike Force Organizations. Okay, so, let's be honest, I worked on Aaron Allston's Strike Force eight years ago. So, when I excitedly laid out my idea list of expanded organizations, I TOTALLY forgot I had put the Cult of the Beast into Aaron Allston's Strike Force. And looking over what there was left made me decide there was no point. So I have moved on the the Families. The issue I now face is that there is no real origin for them -- the Background/History for Alasdar Dell's entry in AASF pretty much sums up how the Families came to be. I am thinking I will repeat Alasdar's origin, and use that to set the stage for the six character sheets I have -- other members of the Families and some of their superhuman agents. Now, when it comes to Yooso, I have an update origin for the group, updated character sheets, and other material, so this will proceed as planned. Susano
I am going to revisit Cult of the Beast. I have some additional information and a character sheet to add. It won't be much, but it will give an idea of the Cult's structure. Scott Ruggels

Susano
Okay, here is where Strike Force Organizations stands: I have completed and uploaded to a Google Drive the following: ARL, the Blood, the Circle, the Wanderers, and the Cult of the Beast. Cult of the Beast expands on the material in Aaron Allston's Strike Force. It is 3200 words, mostly detailing the Cult's organization. It includes one sample magic item and a single NPC. Next up is Carousel/Families/Reapers. I will repeat the Background for Alasdar Dell as that is the origin of the Families. The rest of this section will probably be all character sheets of different Families members. Last will be Yoosoo. This will be a fairly complete entry, as Aaron did write a background and I have a lot of character sheets to work with. The cast is pretty much the same as what was seen in Ninja Hero 4e (I think). I may consider the Hell Raisers, which is Denier's supervillain team. I'd need to talk to Jason Walters to see what he says. Susano
Update -- As noted, ARL, the Blood, the Circle, the Wanderers, and the Cult of the Beast are complete. I have made a few edits, but I feel they are done. The Families has grown a bit. It is a 4k words and most of that is a list of notable Families members, each with a short description. I have found a number of character sheets to add to the Families section. A few actual Families members and then a scattering of agents of the Reapers. The file I am working from lists a lot of people, but there is nothing there to work with. After the Families it will be Yooso. For those who own Ninja Hero 4e it is pretty much the same guys, just updated to 6e. In fact, if Dirt (Tsuchi in NH4e) is anything to go by, its the same character sheets, just updated to 6e. We'll see. The Hell Raisers had a lot of members. Like... a dozen or more. And multiple leaders (including Dark Seraph). I decided to present the team as it first appeared (which is also how the team appears in the GURPS Supers adventure School of Hard Knocks). I hope to be done around the end of March. Susano
Update -- the Families chapter totals 15,672 words. It includes a number of character sheets of varying levels of completeness. Now? On to Yooso and then the Hell-Rasiers.
Susano
Strike Force Update -- Yooso is done. 10k words. The characters are mostly the same as what you saw in Ninja Hero for 4e, except Kami has a lot more powers, and there are several new members. I also was able to dig out a lot of information on how Yooso's members fared over the years the team existed. The Hell-Raisers will be next. I am going to present the initial team, as well as I can. I will also see if I can dig out any background. Sketchpad
Lord Liaden
Michael, just in case you weren't aware, Aaron published the Hell-Raisers in an adventure for GURPS Supers, School of Hard Knocks. Substantial background for the team members included. Aaron also submitted a file to Red October for free download with 4E HERO System stats for all the characters in that adventure, as well as historical notes on what happened to the characters in his campaign, and where the adventure differs from that. I'm going to Attach it to this post. KNOCKS11.TXT Edited March 10 by Lord Liaden
Susano
I have School of Hard Knocks, which has helped me figure out the team members to use. As that is a SJG product, I don't want to copy the material directly. I will take a look at the txt file. And thanks!

Susano
Apparently, Iron Ronin decided to expand beyond the classical 5 elements of Asia and added members who symbolize the classic Greek elements as well. Along with some other individuals.

I have no idea what TPP Villain Compendium 2 is. Actually it's the same character under different interpretations I believe. TPP: Villain Compendium 2 is the second volume of Tiger Paw Press' villain supplement series created by Tiger (from our board), page 5 includes the phrase "Denier & Co. are from the adventure School Holiday and are creations of Aaron Allison, used with permission." The write-up starts on page 158 and ends on 175, and in between details Denier, Scanner, Silver, Briareus, and Blaze. This is not unique because in the same book C.L.O.W.N. is updated, the Geodesics and Black Claw, and Popgun (as a part of IMP). Of course your version is definitely the "final version" of Denier, and Tiger's version shouldn't influence yours at all, especially since it is not yours exactly but Aaron's. You just have the notes and converted him to 6ed.

Susano
The latest on Strike Force Organizations: I have revised the introduction to account for the added material. Alien Research Laboratories is done. 14,228 words. 10 characters, a base, a vehicle, and a computer. The Blood is done. 34,100 words. 13 characters, 1 template, a base, several vehicles and computers. The Circle is done. 22,900 words. 9 characters. The Wanderers is done. 27,100 words. 8 characters, 1 template, computers, vehicle. The Cult of the Beast is done. 3.250 words and one character. The Families is done. 15,678 words. 10 characters. Yooso is done. 10,775 words. 8 characters. Hell-Raisers is the last group. I have made all of the character sheets, I just need to put all the parts together. After I am done, I will send all of the files to Jason (posted to a Google Drive folder), and he will send out previews to the Patreon). Then I build P&PUE versions of all characters as a accessory product. Sketchpad, Lord Liaden and Scott Ruggels 1
