Those two are both useful. The flight can still be used to bash around the enemy, as long as you don't take them off the ground. While the extra time ED Movement is less useful, UNLESS you are setting something up where it would be really useful for the character to "not be there" for a minute. That EXACT effect was done in back to the future when Doc used the remote control on the car to send Einstein one minute into the future.
