The Fire Extinguisher has obvious uses. The Universal Polymer is used primarly to reinforce crumbling walls and other structures, or set up barriers against enviornmental damgers, such as fire, heat, floods, wind, etc. As an added bonus, it can be used an an impromptu restraining device. What I'd do is come up with the names of the Foam and the Polymer and then take the first two letters of each and give it a model number based off of the line of products it comes from FP-15? but, you're probably looking for a cool superhero name for the FoamGooper huh? Since this is for another player, I'll probably just take your advice anyway, at least for now. Most of this character's weapons have names thought, rather than SH-104 and similar. He thought the gun was missing something, and wanted to add the ultimate cutting torch (which could also act as an impromptu weapon should he decide to vaporize someone). Add the following slot: 5u 2) Phase Disruption Beam: RKA 1 1/2d6 (vs. ED), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2), Does BODY (+1), AVLD (hardened defenses; +1 1/2) The character has a code versus killing and all kinds of "I'm a true blue hero" psych lims, plus an (earned) rep for being such, so I believed him when he said he wouldn't be wasting VIPER agents with it and allowed it. The SFX of this particular slot is a high intensity "disruption" beam which acts as an exalted cutting torch and disentrigration ray, and is used primarily for cutting away debris and making emergency doors to get to people trapped under a collapsed building.
