Hrmmm... got inspired to play with another Fighter variant that I toyed with--never put him in action, but he was upgraded into a High Level Option for the old Ravens's Bluff campaigns. Basically, a Fighter/Ranger/Foe Hunter (dragons).

 

I'll see what I can cook up.

Enforcer84 - If you wanna play around with it, go ahead. I kind of concieved of Kristina of Aquilonia as a swordswoman of the late Hyborean Age, a scion of the royal family of Aquilonia founded by Conan of Cimmeria. Maybe the Patron or Mentor can be a noble who is secretly an undead wizard (He's said to have "dug his own grave") who sold out Kristina in some intrigue or dispute of succession. Or maybe he even isn't a villain and some manipulative third party has convinced each that they were betrayed by the other!

My version, I had to assume base points 100 and still gave her 4 XP.

 

I'm having trouble coming up with suitable disads.

 

You know, this is starting to make me want to run a game again. Maybe a fantasy set in the late Hyborean Age, just before the Picts unite and overrun the Hyborean kingdoms and usher in a Dark Age Undreamed Of.
