Another power wanted is the ability to make an area where no sound can escape from it. I am wondering how the Herodom would do this? I am at a loss as to how to model this in Hero. This would probably be a minor transform, would be 10 pts per die. Recovery would likely be through time (otherwise I would make it a major). It usually works. For a superpower to force verbal silence, either Collie's Darkness vs Normal Sound or a Mind Control (single command, "shut up") should do the trick. (5ER p352 Voice as a "Sense") Well, I don't have 5ER, and I don't know if that's in FREd, but I'm sorry ... senses RECIEVE, not transmit. Once's voice is NOT a sense.
