SSgt Baloo
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine It just occurred to me that "Heightened Libido" would provide more interesting roleplay during a historical period (late pulp to 1950s) where there was increased overt interest in sexuality, but a cultural taboo against open discussion of same. ETA: Strikeout and I just noticed that this post was intended for a different thread.

Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine Dr. Tunguska, a battlesuit-wearing supervillain scientist: Dr. Tunguska's battlesuit is armed with a pair of fusion-beam projectors, which are attached to the robotic arms mounted on the rear of the suit. Their charging/prefire sequence looks a lot like the prefiring sequence of the Wave-Motion Gun from Star Blazers (Space Battleship Yamato), in that the charge buildup is very visible. Because of the time that it takes to charge the weapons, he typically uses them at a distance from his target, and is careful to conceal himself from the sight of any superhero who would try to stop him before he can fire. Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine A redone version of my character from Villainous Scum's Vibora Bay campaign: This is probably the closest I'll be able to come to recreating the design of this character (from the original paper pic), so this will be the final version of his pic. EDIT: I spoke too soon; in going over Powerstar's description, I realized that the Athlete template wasn't the best one to use for his pic, so I've done one using the Super template (considering that he's supposed to be a 6'4", 220-pound [super]human being, the Athlete template just wasn't big enough). Major Tom 2009
Re: A DC Animated-style HeroMachine I've just gotten the latest batch of pics back from The Arc, and they're all of characters whose pictures have appeared on the thread previous- ly, but in the Animated/Timm style; I wanted to see how close I could come to doing them with F2011. Here's the first of these pics -- Blu Flame: I've done this previously with other pics, but I couldn't remember who created the original images (like the ones of Kara Skye and Star Swan); If the folks who made the original A/T style pics see these, let me know who you are so I can give you credit for the original pics, even if I have to go back several posts to do it.
