That said, how would you write up the Chain-Reaction Punch? You know -- Moe orders Curly to "Put your fist under your chin. Now lift your leg and put your elbow on your knee." And then he belts Larry, Curly asks, "What about me?", and Moe says, "This..." and kicks poor Curly in the foot, driving his fist into his own chin. Lord Liaden
Re: 3 Stooges Martial Art Style Stooge Fu was in one of the old Adventurer's Club magazines for 4th ed. Yes, Stoojutsu appeared in Issue #17, "Silly Martial Arts," by the great Aaron Allston. Given how long ago that was published and how hard it is to find these days, I don't think it would be too gauche of me to transcribe at least the basics of it here (adapted to 5E as needed). I'd probably build it as Energy Blast with Trigger, Gestures, Incantations, Extra Time, and maybe with a "Target Must Cooperate" Limitation. It does help when, like the Stooges, your target has the Physical Limitation 'Believes Anything He Hears'.
tkdguy
Re: 3 Stooges Martial Art Style One self-defense instructor uses the principle of "guided chaos" as his training method. Comic
Re: 3 Stooges Martial Art Style There are a lot more fights won because the loser cooperated in his own defeat, than because the winner overpowered him. Well, maybe not a lot more, but it's still valuable to be up on your social skills. I count running away as a social skill.
