Don't you need Gestures (to type in data), Concentrate (to focus on the screen), extra time (because you'll have to wait for the web search), maybe Activation (you don't always find what you want on the first try), or Requires a Skill Roll, and perhaps Incantations (how many people can get the computer to really work WITHOUT yelling at it?)
