Create a Villain Theme Team!

Master of the sea, Arthur Crimmons is vying for the name of Narwhal against the other villain claiming it. This gives his team two sets of enemies that hate them: Halo, and the villains associated with the other Narwhal.

 

Since I came up with this team, I stand down for Steriaca to pick one.

CES

The Gamble are a group of gambling teamed mercenaries/assassins/enforcers  operating out of Las Vegas and having vauge ties to Card Shark and his group. Deathdealer and The One Armed Bandit are searching for new members (around 4 to 8 more, not counting themselves) to have some extra when the logical happens and someone gets captured or worse.

The Tipster

 

Reconnaissance is carried out by The Tipster. He is able to go anywhere and mix with anyone. A master of disguise he is also a jack of all trades able to fit in and do a number of tasks that make him seem to be a normal member of the group or organisation that he is infiltrating. He prefers not to engage in combat unless his life is under threat. This has meant that he has been arrested by police or others and questioned or tortured in order to keep up the facade. He is most at home at a race track setting odds on horse races or in casinos setting odds on the big events.

The Flush is a one trick pony. HIs trick is to send anything down a water tunnel to a destination of his choosing.

Jackson "Ace" King is a former Las Vegas gangleader.  Ace King provides connection for the group with the black market and criminal underworld.  And can get the group pretty much any item or info within 24 hrs.  Though he is basically a normal, whose only power seems to be an almost supernatural amount of luck.  (which perhaps explain why a slender 6"9 guy manages to always "disappear" into the crowd and escape, as well as so few people can describe him to authorities, even those who have frequent contact with him)

Double Duece is a duplicating villain, but he doesn't duplicate himself. He duplicates equipment, and weapons.

Punto Banco is an avid baccarat player you happens to be a super-strong brick.  He specializes in shoving or knocking others around (he has Double Knockback on his STR).  Truth be told, he's a pretty sterotypical brick -- slow in motion as well as slow in thought -- but he can be an unstoppable force when he does get going.

Long Shot

 

This member of the group is a sniper. Also this is the one who has been killed or replaced the most as there have been women and men called Long Shot. They have also had a variety of skills particularly languages but they do not have close up skills like lockpicking or computer hacking. There is also a suspicion that the group have got two people who use the name and swap in and out as need requires. They tend to hang back and bring down opponents some times at the expense of their own safety.

Awww... I was going to do One Eyed Jack as a sniper.  Ah well...  instead, we have:

 

Byron "BlackJack" Jackson is a darkness manipulator.  He especially loves to create deep shadows to blind everybody, allowing him to clean a place out (since he can see through his own darkness field) at his leisure.  People trapped in his darkness field have also reported feeling increasingly scared the longer they're in there.

 

BlackJack has a very macabre sense of humor - he's been known to steal a corpse from a medical school and take it along on a job, leaving the corpse behind as if the Gamble had killed someone during the crime.

Jamie The Shoe Moden is a walking arsenal which she keeps in her pockets. She always has the right gadget or gun for the job.

The Appliances are a third rate team of rogues that work together. Their schtick is household machinery gone bad. Who are these four budget bandits?

The slasher of the group is Blender, a brick with short blades around the arms and legs. Blender does not talk about how he got so strong, or why short metal blades are on his arms and legs. All he says is that he is not a cyborg or mutant.

The Fridge emits ice as a weapon, but is also able to store any item inside himself without harm. Humans stored like this suffer frostbite

The supervillain known as Roaster is Fridge's polar opposite, producing heat and flames at will.  The two argue constantly, though in truth they're best buds (they just tend to disagree about practically everything) and each will either fry or freeze anybody that hurts his pal.  While Roaster can't actually store anything inside himself (and thinks it's rather weird that Fridge can), he can raise his skin temperature enough to overheat or even burn anybody or anything he grabs.

Heavy Kettle

 

This villain can be best be described as a cross between a heavy metal fan and a water projector. He can produce water up to boiling point. He prefers to go into action when something metal is playing regardless of whether the team is supposed to be stealthy or not.

 

New Team: Justified League of Anarchists

These villains are thinly disguised versions of the Justice League of America.

At least 7 members all of whom should be instantly recognisable as villainous versions of the JLA.

There must be a Batman analogue. Otherwise pick anyone who has been a member of the JLA.

The Spark is the speedster of the group.  (he also is an eloquent speaker and motivate the masses)

 

Note: thought I'd give a "double meaning" for "Spark".  If unacceptable I'll change later.  I'll let one of the other 6 do Batman.

Elastro is nicknamed "The Bendable Bandit". Former petty criminal Doug Dimly became Elastro after falling into a vat of chemicals while robbing a soda plant. Having a "heart of gold", he disrupts robberies from crooks known to harm normals and do crimes against thoes who harm others.

Lo-Kal came to Earth because he heard that we had some "wicked surfing, man!" (while here, he took the name Chuck Ghent) and happened to be here when his planet Klepton exploded due to internal instability, making him the only known survivor.  He was shocked to find that our yellow sun has given him incredible powers, including near invulnerability, the ability to fly, heat vision, and incredible strength.  He was given the name StuporDude by his teammates due to Chuck's penchant for smoking lots of weed, as well as forgetting the many, many things he can do with his powers.

 

(You may feel free to ignore this post and create a more reasonable replacement for the Big Blue Boy Scout.  I just couldn't resist this.)

Wonder if it is a Woman ?

 

This unflattering description is applied to what is thought to be the premier woman of the group. She appears to be wearing a burqa and only her eyes can be seen. She (?) can hammer the daylights out of most opponents before getting on what appears to be an invisible motorcycle and driving away. It has been quipped that it was stolen from the Hair Bear Bunch. She can take an awful degree of punishment including concentrated machine gun fire, explosions and acid or fire attacks. On one occasion someone ripped the face veil away only to find another face veil beneath it.

Bird Brain

 

Not pleased with WiiiaW (see above post from DT),  Dianinah Dreka joined the Anarchists to provide some much appreciated curves to the team.

 

Her power is low level harmonics that can cause the target to become forgetful and just wander around.  with effort Dianinah can affect more than one person so she can easily rob jewelry stores of their goods.
