Premises: Theas guys are the shoot first and ask no questions type. None of them have any ties to this dimension. That does not mean they are extradimentinals. They like invading the lairs of certain clandestant organizations, kill every one within, steal there stuff, and leave the sceen. It maters not which end of the order/crime spectrum the org is on.

Railrider

 

This tramp rides trains travelling from place to place. He hates 'the man' who keeps moving him from place to place. However the rail security people and the police have never been harmed by him. Unlike the IHA (or Genocide) and DEMON, both of whom have had their places attacked and people killed. But the US government has lost a couple of black ops and remote outstations due to the rids of the Railrider and his colleagues. The Railrider just needs to picture himself somewhere and he can get in. He is stronger than a normal man and most martial artists but not as strong as most bricks.

It has been surmised that if a clandestine organisation treats people badly then the Railrider will target them. Why this is particularly so is not known.

Ragged Jake likes his beer a little too much, cigars more than that, and favors a hand cannon that shoots devils at his enemies. He is frequently seen battling DEMON and their allies. What few know is Jake is a horse for the Loa. They ride him and use him to battle DEMON and then let him go back to his normal life a little worse for wear.

While the original idea is a group of murderhobos with no ties with the world, I'll settle for people with ties but act like murderhobos anyways. Sneeky Pete is in.

Old Tom

 

Most of the vagrant communities know Old Tom, a laid back harmless coot and gentle giant. The FBI and others know him as an amoral homicidal psychopath whose fingerprints are like nothing on earth as are his retinal patterns. The FBI are on record as indicating that Old Tom's fingerprints change even when on the card. When Old Tom is with his colleagues he displays a ruthlessness and determination that can be quite terrifying.

There is footage of him pulling out the spines or ribs of his enemies. Also ripping security doors off their hinges or surrounds and then hurling it aside. Said footage also shows him being hit repeatedly by machine gun fire to no effect and point blank blasts from a DEMON Morbane to which he smiles in a most unsettling ways.

It is Old Tom who will ensure that the site is sanitised i.e. all the opponents are dead and he carries off the heaviest items.

Jarhead

 

Jake Headman wanted to be a force recon marine just like his father and grandfather before him only he couldn't make the grade he passed boot barely but there was no way he would make it to the elite unit.

 

That's when one of his father's old CO offered him an opportunity

Project semper mortals (always deadly) was a programme created to prevent the loss of institutional knowledge and skills by recording and implanting the memories of the corps very best those too old or wounded to return to duty giving their years of experience and lifetimes of skill.

 

Jake volunteered immediately initially the process worked well he gained almost two centuries of the special operations experience at once and following a heavy exercise and training regime they deployed Jake on a test operation in Afghanistan unfortunately under combat stress the mental barriers in jakes brain broke down all the inner demons of a dozen elite warriors broke free.

 

Jake killed everyone in the area friendly enemy and innocent civilians alike. He was eventually captured and locked away in a secure military sanitarium. But all that experience didn't go away and he escaped easily now living on the streets

 

mostly he is a mumbling incoherent bum with multiple personalities in constant conflict with themselves but when violence needs to be done suddenly he is the perfect Warrior the programme ment to create.

Hans Ullmeir came from Dresden, was healthy and strong and was a firm believer in Communism. This made him an ideal candidate for the supersoldier process that Russian scientists were creating. Unfortunately he was injured in an explosion that the CIA set in order to destroy the laboratory and all the research. Sadly he was drenched in chemicals and explosive material which granted him superpowers. He became Soldat as he pointed out that anything else would put him above others and that was against Communism.

The CIA made strenuous efforts to kill him which it was thought had succeeded until his body was recovered frozen in the Elbe. He was put in cryogenic storage and would have remained there if certain people had not broken in hoping to discover the truth about what was being kept from the public. This brought the notice of a criminal mastermind who hoped to brainwash the old hero. To his surprise and delight Soldat was horrified by what had become of the world in his absence as he was frozen long before re-unification.  A re-united Germany worried Hans as what next ? Recovery of Danzig ? Recovery of Prussia ? No. This would not do. The only way was to sunder Germany again. And also restore Communism across Eastern Europe.

Hercule's predecessor, Achille, once protected Belgium with his great physical power. He decided that Belgium should rule the other nations of Europe and the then world. His flying brick powers and invulnerability was no match for Hercule's mental powers. He was taken prisoner and placed behind bars to wait until his release.

Lenin's Ghost

 

Natalia Uvanov is Lenin's Ghost and is a descendant of what you might call pure Marxists, what Communists are supposed to be as opposed to what they ended up as. Originally just known as The Ghost she was joining Russia's military but got sickened by corruption in local and federal government and the military. She found out about Soldat and was immediately hit with an epiphany. She left and joined him. Now known as Lenin's Ghost she can appear as a wraith and pass through walls. She is the scout and security specialist of the group.

Syria had Colonel Azim Azziri as one of its champions. The Colonel was known as the Sand. He violently opposed the rebels that grew into a militia in his country. When he attacked a Nato mission, he was forced to go on the run for the very first time.

Tito's Fist

 

Josip Bratic was named after Josip Tito by besotted parents after the end of the 2nd World War. He went into the State school and was raised with the ideal of the Slav people living together under one country. To the delight of the authorities Bratic developed superpowers spontaneously after meeting Tito. The leader was very careful with his new protege and used him to promote the idea of unity of the Slavs, an idea that Bratic embraced wholeheartedly. He was also a useful deterrent to the Warsaw Pact and NATO who might be tempted to influence Yugoslavia. However Tito's Fist vanished in 1978 as an attempt to sabotage the Yugoslav delegation at the selection process for the 1984 Winter Olympics was orchestrated and foiled.

Josip was thrown forward in time and space and was eventually recovered in the French Alps. The CIA managed to work out who he was and thought it best he perished. This failed and led Soldat and the Lenin's Ghost to spirit him out of the country. While Bratic was upset to learn of Tito's death he was horrified at what had happened to his country particularly as he was a Serb. As far as he is concerned there is only one thing to do. Reunite the country whether the Slovenians or Croatians like it or not.

Now is the time for the special teams. A minimum of 5 and a maximum of 11.

As before no women.

The five that MUST be specified are Kicker, Punter, Punt Returner, Gunner and Backup Quarterback. The Backup Quarterback MUST be the last to be selected.

The other roles in order are Kick Returner, Upback, Holder, Jammer, Long Snapper and Back Up Running Back. As some of these roles can be performed by one of the others they are optional.

The Kicker of the them is...well...named Kicker. An accident took the legs of rising young football star Brad Wallfall, but he was given new cybernetic legs by Black Gear. Black Gear wanted to test some leg replacement and augmentation tech, and so Brad was the Ginny pig (forcently for Brad, Black Gear was feeling generous, and did NOT put in his mind control programing into his cybernetics to force Brad into being his agent).

 

Now Brad can kick small objects into people at long range with lots of power behind it. And just using his raw leg kicking can destroy cars with one kick. He eventfully joined the New York Really Vicious Bastards as a kicker/super villain for the team.

Punter

 

Tony Cechlskin was spotted by crime figures as a potential recruit after he narrowly missed out in getting into College Football. Trained up he was brought into the team as backup to the Offense team as he could kick football grenades a variety of distances. These grenades blind people , create fogs or darkness and explosions of differing lethality. Tony knows that the Offense and Defense do a lot of hard work and knows he cannot hang with them. He does know that he can support them. He also serves as backup to Kicker and as a distraction when people are expecting Kicker's attacks.

Returner

 

The New York Really Vicious Bastards are really quite sneaky at times. This is were Returner comes in. If the 'ball' goes seemingly astray Returner may then move it into position which gives a nasty surprise to the authorities. This is particularly annoying to those with missile deflection abilities. And then portable loot could be lofted one way and then surprisingly brought back to a similar position. Returner has a bit of strength, a tad bit invunerable and can run a quite a blistering pace.

 

This leaves at minimum the Gunner and the back up quarterback.

The Gunner is a player on kickoffs and punts who specializes in running down the field very quickly in an attempt to tackle the kick returner or the punt returner unless the kick returner waves for 'fair catch'. They usually line up near the sidelines where there will be fewer blockers and thus allow them to get down the field quickly.

Super Charger is a superhuman battering ram that is capable of knocking an enemy for yards after a collision. His ability seems to run on the absorbtion of velocity. The more around him, the more he can channel into impacts.

The Gone Goose can fly through the air, swim like a fish, and teleport in a flurry of feathers. His high mobility allows him to run gambits on the Pelicans' enemies during robberies.
