Dear Wulfen Todd was a Jewish musician till the death camps. One day, the Germans scientists picked him out for an experiment they were shure would be fatal to him. Blood from a werewolf was injected in him, then pure silver was also injected.

The experiment did not kill him, but it did change him. His body became like a wolf in appearance, with harden silver jutting out of his hands and feat. His face is wrapped in pain, as the silver does its work without killing him. The bomb collar seemed to work when they unleashed him. Everyone assumed he died during the attack. But nobody found the body.

That wasn't a post but I do have one so I'll post that and then we can do the craven cowards of the fearful four.

Herr Rosarot

Whilhelm Rosencrantz was everything the nazis hated Jewish intellectual communist and gay.

A talented dancer and choreographer before Hitlers rise he saw the writing on the wall he faked his own death and went underground creating an internal resistance group in Berlin to hamper the nazis war effort in any way he could.

The organisation was highly successful but they got to comfortable one lucky break brought the gestapo down on Whilhelm and after a brutal interrogation.

he was shipped off to one of the concentration camps they tried to work him to death but he survived the beatings and other tortures aimed at him by the guards.

Then came the experiments drug and hormone treatments and electric shocks aimed at turning him straight they didn't work but they did enhance his speed strength and agility.

Now he is being forced to serve his hated enemy welding two long daggers he is the teams stealth specialist his strength and grace full movement delivering a ballet of death.

he is always looking for a way out the first chance he gets he will try to break free so he can join the allies and free his beloved Germany from the yoke of tyranny.

Pinecone is the berserker a diffrent soldier each time as he only lasts a max of three days I'd suggest a penal battalion. As an explanation why only one at a time perhaps the Experimental device that makes the substance can only make enough for one dose a day.

I figured a differant "volunteer" each time, because Natzi's I was thinking super rare plant only found in Nepal, or South America. The Allies find out about it because it was first tested on Death camp prisoners, who escaped....

First out of the gate for the Fearful Four:

Joey Finch was a street kid, picking pockets and pulling off petty thefts, until his speedster powers kicked in.  He thought that was his ticket to the big time.  Unfortunately, he was nearly caught by a superhero on his very first job as a supervillain.  While he managed to get away, the beating he took before escaping was enough to make him hesitant to ever cross paths with another superhero.  He still uses his high speed to commit crimes, but he's much, much more likely to run away at the first sign of trouble.  Because of his overly nervous nature, combined with his last name, people have taken to calling him Flinch.

He who acts and runs away, lives to act another day. This is the motto of Melvin Devere Coward. Melvin survived prep school, senior school and university by running away from bullies, dogs and sheep. He was the coward all London was talking about after he fled from French rugby fans in front of Twickenham and it was caught on television. Melvin got powers by accident after a beam hit him that was intended for someone else. He may not be as fast as Flinch but the Yellow Streak will probably be the first one to run. His powers mean he is immune to any power that would keep him transfixed to the spot and that includes mind control commands like 'Stop'. He can also withstand a lot of pain that would normally knock him unconscious but that would allow him to keep running.

He did want a more suitable name for his powers but his cowardice won out.

Carson Card is known as the Rat. He flees from any danger, using his big nose and natural climbing skills to direct him away from trouble. Occasionally when he has been cornered, that has always been a bad move. While fleeing because he is afraid, if backed into a corner, he will attack in a berserk fury to escape.

James Switch was a very bright man which is how he got a job on the Breach project at Divine Industries. However he was a coward at heart, which is how he was always working at the worse times in the worst jobs. Which is how he was alone at night when a power surge temporarily caused a small breach. Bathed in the strange radiation he gained the power to teleport. But not just any teleporting he could only teleport to where someone else was, and they showed up where he was. Which he finds useful to get into places. However his favorite aspect is the ability to put other people in the pth of any danger threatening him. He goes by the name of Switcher.

I'm going to need a ruling on this. My first thought was to go aquatic, but with the news about Victorian Hero I switched. However going back over the thread I see this is pretty much the same proposal I made for my first team. However as we've had many simaliry themed teams, and it was about 300 teams ago, I'm gonna do it anyway. Unless there is and objection then I'll switch back to aquatic.

On a quiet street is a run down house that it seems few people ever visit.  Inside it is made over like a Victorian mansion, and seated in a leather chair in the library a man called the Gentleman Skulker has run a criminal enterprise for years However with the explosion of superpowered people he no longer feels safe with just an army of hired goons, So he set about forming a team of six villians with himself in the lead. He has named them the Night Skulkers.

One of his first recruits was Sam Hardwin. A sailor by trade who was adapt at climbing round on ships and working with ropes. But sailors make little money. So he also worked on creating a new kind of rope. While he proved very successful at inventing, he wasn't so good at business. His business partner informed him that he had signed away all rights to future profits. Enraged Sam quickly turned the rope into a noose and strangled the man. He then hung the man from the roof, and took all the notes on his rope. Now renamed the Hangman he has learned to use the rope to climb, swing, grab things far away, quickly tie people up, and what has become his favorite hang people. He can restrain his murderous impulse when sent to steal, for now.

Harriette Lester was from England and had immigrated to avoid imprisonment.  When she arrived Stateside she took up with a flashy young man who turned her into a prostitute. The shame she felt from this betrayal caused her to take her own life.  But something went wrong and the poison she took didn't kill her but gave her ghostlike abilities. She took her revenge on the flashy young man and hid away when the authorities came looking for her.

Eventually she found her way to the Victorian Mansion and joined the Night Skulkers as Whitechapel. Her powers are desolidification based and she can take the organs out of living beings.

Morgan Fletcher was a professional Archer with a thing for steam punk images and cosplaying. When he lost a compition he was shure he would of won, he demanded a duel with the winner (10 paces, one arrow and fire). He killed the man, and went on the run.

He later joined the Night Skulkers as Steam Fletcher, who uses a steamed power bow and gimiced arrows to fight for his stay.

He is enraptured by Whitechapel.

Spring Heeled Jacqueline

That arch fiend of the night in 3 inch heels is Spring Heeled Jacqueline. Able to leap over small buildings, this highway woman of the city streets is thought to be a mistress of disguise as she has been seen as a brunette, a redhead and a blonde on separate occasions. She prefers not to kill but has done so in order to evade capture. Her makeup kit, which she carries with her on assignments, contains all sorts of useful devices such as an eyebrow pencil which doubles as a lockpick and blusher or foundation cream which can be smoke bombs or explosives.

Raggamuffin

The youngest and least memorable member of the team a small child of indeterminate age and gender wrapped in layers of tattered rags the Raggamuffin is a superb Lookout able to blend in a dissappear just about anywhere people generally don't want to see Street urchins but even in well to do areas the Raggamuffin seems to blend in and dissappear from people's attention.

tied into the street kid underground all the freshest gossip rumor and warnings reach the Raggamuffin first.

If stealth and evasion fail there is one final secret up Raggamuffins tattered sleeves the rags are more than just camouflage they can come to life like additional limbs binding tangling and throttling anyone who gets to close.
