Ternaugh
Most of my road trip music tends to be associated with the '70s, with Dad driving the Volkswagen camper, Mom navigating, and me in the back (or sitting on a folding chair wedged between the front seats--no seat belts for us!). Invariably, the radio was tuned to some AM station (no FM on its radio) playing a mix of stuff that would now be considered Country. These three fall into the special category of "trucker songs", which seemed to be everywhere back in the mid-70s. "Convoy" by CW McCall "East Bound and Down" by Jerry Reed "Teddy Bear" by Red Sovine
