They are Killjoy the Clown (An evil clown criminal mastermind) Sanity Claws (An evil santa claus knock-off who acts as the muscle) The Fandom Menace (A gadgeteer with a fetish for collectable merchandise. He both acquires genuine memorabilia and makes gadgets in the form of the props and merchandise from geeky movies and shows) Do you have any ideas for crimes that combination might come up with? Combined with some surprisingly functional trinkets passed out earlier this causes enough chaos to cover the trios' theft of some valuable pieces of memorabilia or maybe even the kidnapping of a famous pop culture figure that was attending. They use this cover for something more evil. They are going to hit a city lab and steal an antimatter device. This antimatter will power a device that will power an army of clown solders. Here is the catch they are using wireless energy to power there weapons. By destroying the device the heros would destroy the one piece of wireless energy transfer in the world. This virus is given the personality matrix of all 3 of them. The virus plans on crashing sat lights from space into the city. As the real 3 use this as a cover to steal from federal reserve. Sanity Claws is used to force the gangs to sell it. They collect the profit. Also you could have the 3 hack into the stock market and manipulate the prices. OOOO here is one. The 3 create a radio broadcast that anyone who hears it goes insane and starts killing people around them like zombies. They threaten to release the signal on the city unless they are given 300 billion dollars. Even if the heroes find the thing the heroes don't know is they have already hidden the broad cast device in the city with Sanity Claws and they must find him the defeat him to stop the broad cast.
