Mark Rand
In April of 2016, President Obama, in conjunction with several cabinet departments, gave the United States government sole authority to impose animal regulations on traveling circuses and carnivals and regulate their health care providers and educators. Although this was opposed by various groups and local and state governments, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of President Obama.

Mark Rand
Based on my opinion that the Del Oro River Delta and the Sacramento/San Joaquin River Delta are the same, San Angelo County is Solano County and Del Oro County is Sonoma County. As they are that close, in my opinion, to the San Francisco Bay Area, San Angelo has no professional sports teams and probably doesn't have as many radio and TV stations as we thought. True, but there are bleedthroghs from other digital television singles. Like some areas of Milwaukee get some singles from Racine and such. Mark Rand
This is the current handout the players get at the start. Other information will be given out as needed. Power level is Low-powered, that’s a 300-point base plus an additional 60-points from complications. Needed complications include secret ID and code vs killing. Also, the heroes are in 9th or 10th grade, so Minor (under 16) Frequently, Minor, should be added in. It is worth 10 points. Close is fine. It doesn’t have to be exact. Lady Heart is the energy blaster of the group. Also “light mystic”. She is played by Steriaca. Phase (desolification) He is played by Eepjr24. Avis, played by Amorkca, can become several kinds of birds. Ghost Cat is played by Beast. She’s a shape shifting brick. Arachne, a kunoichi, or female ninja, is the team’s martial artist. She’s an NPC. Lotus leads the senior team and is the junior team’s unofficial advisor. PRIMUS Intelligence Agent Michelle Yamashiro is the agency’s liaison to both teams. The headquarters staff consists of a group of security guards, the communications room crew, and computer and electronics expert Bonnie Curtis, Ph.D. The team pilot is former Army pilot Joanna Rivers, who piloted an AH-64E Apache Guardian and is a certified first responder. Mei-Ling Chan, who the team knows is Yuri, a Lung Dragon in human form, is her observer. She is planning to get her pilot’s license. The Justice Foundation Headquarters are located in a two-story annex to the think tank’s offices in downtown San Angelo. A high stone wall surrounds the compound, which includes a garden, swimming pool and a separate garage for ground vehicles. The basement contains the power generator, computer mainframe and storage rooms, while the first floor houses offices, a conference room, guest rooms, a kitchen and a lounge. Bonnie, Mei-Ling and Joanna occupy three of the guest rooms. A laboratory complex consisting of chemistry, criminology, engineering, general knowledge (computer room), medical office, and electronics labs and used by the team members, communications center, and gym are found on the second floor. The hangars, equipped with a roof that opens to accommodate takeoffs and landings, sit on the reinforced roof of the headquarters. The senior team uses the TurboJet while the junior team uses a 7-passenger Airbus Helicopters H135. Perks of being a Junior Justice Foundation member. ACCESS to Justice Foundation HQ (3 points). COMPUTER LINK to Justice Foundation’s computers (4 points). CONTACT to Justice Foundation superteam and think tank (basic 11-, extremely useful skills, access to major institutions, Contact has contacts of their own, good relationship, organization. 27 points). FRINGE BENEFITS of being considered a Police Trainee (1 point, allows the right to be at a crime scene, can’t do more than a citizen arrest.) MONEY (an account worth about $100,000 per year, usually disguised as payed internship. 1 point.) HEALTH INSURANCE (All health care facilities and Stanford Life Flight are in-network. 0 points, it’s provided to all students by the San Angelo Unified School District and by the Justice Foundation to all employees and member supers.) The Dark Agency is a mysterious group of people seemingly looking for a mystical gem of some kind. It also seems to be behind a series of mass faintings in the area, many of them following fan events for the popular teen superhero show Phantom Ace. The Court Of Hate is a group of magical girls seemly hunting for Lady Heart on behalf of a extradimensional queen. They command monsters called Nightmarins. VIPER is active in the San Francisco Bay Area, which includes San Angelo. DEMON has occasionally made its presence known in the Bay Area. Cat burglars have been seen it night prowling the city’s wealthier neighborhoods.

Mark Rand
I'm preparing to end the Junior Justice Foundation campaign and replace it with a Justice Foundation Superhero Team campaign.
