Well in the paper recently, editorial on how about 1/3 of students locally dont have proper internet access for the virtual learning and will probably essentially lose a year of learning.

Yeah I agree in the trend until at least until this summer. For good or for ill, certain incidents helped some to remember why they were sht of gun control orignally Anyway I think you might be able to convince the masses on either gun control or defunding the police. For both, they will some 2nd thoughts.

You might be surprised. From what I have gathered they looked idiots with gun safety. But the fact, a lot of people were disturbed by the fact the incident was necessary in the first. I feel the protests are going to hurt the Dems, at least in the fact they have avoided the issue of the more unsavory things that happened. I think they were actually making some headway with gun control among the public.... ...then defund the police happened.

I dont know, I kind of always attributed it to 1960s sensibilities dissonance. The first thing I always notice is: if one is accused of attempted rape they would not be allowed in the room during victim questioning, in our time, captain or not.

Well, I do think we need to realize a difference "you made a terrible misjudgment that shows you are not cut out for police work" and legit criminal police misconduct. Both should be kicked out, but only one charged with crimes. Also whatever you think of cops, proceed with caution in dealing with them. Sudden movements, antagonizing and similar probably should be kept to a minimum just in case. Escalating the situation is a bad idea.

Yeah last night in fact, the recurring dream of me being one credit short to graduate hs and having to go back came up again. You would think a 44 year old man in high school would be......creepy if nothing else. Note: I didn't play baseball my last year, wonder if I would still have eligibility, and get my arthritic left shoulder up for some relief pitching.😄
