The only major problem with M&M I have so far is that skills cost too much. But we are playing our first game with the system next week so I may find others.
How about the same book, same skill:
M&M Page32:
DEMOLITIONS (INT)
Trained Only
You know how to create, set,and disarm explosive devices .....
....(later in write up) Disarming an explosive device requires the use of the Disable Device skill....
Exactly, It's no big deal when the player whose character has tactics is someone who can roleplay it. But what about the player who couldn't win a game of Risk even if he was playing by himself
In my Fantasy HERO game I don't allow Mages to take mental powers and make them use High Range Radio Perception/Transmit and yes there is the risk that some one might evesdrop(requires a PER roll vs concealment skill)
Looking for how others handle the Tactic skill in both Heroic and Super-Heroic games. And if Steve reads this, will there be rules in the mass-combat section of Fantasy HERO for using tactics and leadership type skills?
I know what you mean my Cat[iI](martial-artist) and just her background/orgin runs 5+ pages. But then again I've been playing her off & on again for 20 years;)

These are just guesses
1) His costume would be orange.
2) He'd probably go by the name "Volunteer"
3) Any yankee throwing trash out of their car in the smokeys would have their SUV drop kicked so far it would land on the carolina coast.
4) His "Code Vs Killing" would not apply to any making fun of his accent

And just imagine where the story would go when his cousin Kara shows up;)
Thats strange! The same thing happen to me toady I walked out into my garage and there was my TUV right in the middle of the floor, I didn't hear the mailman and he didn't ring or knock or anything. Spooky.
By the way it looks great:D
We have always used the diamiter of the Earth(16,000 km but that's probilly wrong) for anywhere on Earth. For the Moon I would have to do some research.
I like this method too. I have a character Fenris who combines with his Wolf totem to form a were-type character.
Multiform (always on)
slot 1) Duplication
slot 2) Multiform

The name and costume were so bad that in his second appearance the editors change his costume and name to The Black OwlPrize Comics No.2-68 (Aug.'41-Feb/Mar'48)
