Re: Special Powers and Multipower I never really pondered the reason most Special Powers were not allowed in Power Frameworks. Not blindly allowing Skills in Variable Power Pools seemed reasonable enough to me. "I can do anything!" - VPP (3pt. Pool, 1pt. Control Cost) anyone? That being said, Special Powers are allowed with GM's permission. I would allow a wizard with a magic VPP to put languages in it under the right circumstances. I have always just considered Special Powers + Power Framework = Warning Sign or Stop Sign builds. Why Special Powers were singled out? I can only guess that the 'Powers That Be' foresaw some possible abuses in such builds.

Re: Hero system complexity In Hero, the curtain has been pulled back. The complexity revealed. In The Game Which Shall Not Be Mentioned, the wizard stays hidden. You must take his word that things are balanced and buy more and more supplements for the actual class/feat/spell you wanted. Sure, you could just make stuff up on your own but you are going off map. Nothing really wrong with that. It's just that, Hero has already shown you how.

Re: Bedis Demon Conversion Bite I am assuming you want the Drain to only hit once every three days. As you have it written, it starts in three days and then would hit every phase the demon has an action. Someone correct me if I am wrong. Take off the Only to Activate and you should be good. What is the Usable By Other for on the Conversion? I am not sure I would allow the 1 Recoverable Charge on the Conversion. It would not happen until days after the bite. Charges just really does not seem appropriate. Maybe bump up the Limited Power Limitation.

Re: Luck Power Advantage Idea I do like the options provided for Luck, however, I also like to see Luck used to alter a scene. I would like to see a little less randomness. Maybe X pts. = Effect Y.
