She's roughly 30 years old and works for one of the China Town newspapers. She dreams of one day being a big deal in the Pearl City and is slightly frustrated that she hasn't hit that big story year. Mainly assigned to fluff articles, she is currently researching an old gang called the Shadows - she has interviewed all but two of them.

  13. I'm trying to remember. where does it say how to buy multiple martial arts. I know if different you buy them separate yet I've seen books where you only niluy the maneuver once...

STorm of Shards: 1 1/2 RKA AOE:8m radius (nonselective), hole in the middle (1m), constant (50 active); no range, lockout, requires a magic roll (20 real) creates a ring of rock shards (from the groumd or plane of earth) that encircles the caster. the magic roll is left open depending on game. I'm doing this from a cell so yes it and my other posts may be bare boned.

  18. so if I have a base the grounds start at the walls of the main building? not the center. penetration. just seems.like it reads that it wallways do damage no matter how high the defense
  19. right of equal size. to me it says a 100×100m one floor building will take up its 100×100m grounds.
  20. I'm going back and reading 6th ed. and not sure why I'm blanking on this base grounds are the same size as the base. trying to map it in my head. so a one floor base will cover the grounds? unless extra is bought? penetration is blocked my a higher PD/Ed correct?

    Shades of the silver age. Its a bulky helmet based loosely on one from Doom patrol 50pt Multipower - OIF(-1/2) Red End(1/2;+1/4)(all slots) 1. Mental Blast 4d6 2. (Originally Irrisen scroll) Change environment (-10 tempature levels) long lasting(100yrs) aoe:32m radius, megaArea(1m = 1,000km), difficult to dispel(x8)(252 active); oaf(scroll), requires light to read, charges(1,never recovers), extra time (1 min), incantations(throughout) Did this last year as an idea. Players have to stop the villian from casting it. Its not perfect but was working under some limitations.

  25. Re: Champions Sneak Peek #1: The Cover! Like the cover, not big on the character designs. The nice thing though is you can always revert to a design you like and just use the stats
