I like Alston's idea of mystery powers and experience. I would have mine build two characters. One normal, one powered. As they go through they slowly discover their powers

If there was a solid cohesion and I was posting them all at once, then yes I would. Since there seems to be an issue on how I post I simply won't put any more of my builds.

Ok, this is something built for a DragonBorn I was slowly transfereing from D&D(4th) to Fantasy Hero. Yeah the build is probably flawed. The idea is that it is made of an ice looking white-blue crystal. When the blade actually pierces the target a 2d6 blast will go off (I didn't add trigger or anything else because the point was low to begin with), once in awhile a freezing blast will actually explode from the target to others in the area. Yeah I know, not 100% thought out. A lot of this is me playing with the rules after 3-4 years of being away from all the books. I may go back and take a look at what I want a little more accurately and try again. Mainly built as a foil for the Tranh Chronicles. Went a little overboard on a few things. She's supposed to be a challenge for a group of at least 4 people (Tranh and friends were built on 225 pts, don't ask me why). She tends to use normal weapons & equipment, that's why none are statted out for her. When I built it I think I was a little upset at the GM of the game at the time. He kept putting us against people he never fully statted out. I'm 225pts and my 14yo younger brother (a complete normal teen-ager) beats me up and I'm making good rolls. Spell normally used by elven clerics of Ordanna (Known World/Mystara) against Shadow Elves (no, they are not Drow). Spell creates a shaft of light from the sky that surronds the target as well as anyone else in an 8m (25m) radius.

I'm doing something in Hero Designer and it's giving a half-die for PRE Attacks. I thought Pre's were full, no halfs?

Of you can use it with charges and pro-rate it a little bit, similar to what people have done with body healing.

Delayed use (fantasy hero 6 p162) A power with this limitation (a form of limited power) cannot be used until a certain amount of time has passed since it was last used. This can represent a "cool down" period before a weapon can be fired again .... -1/4 for every other phase, additional -1/4 per step down the time chart (I.e. -1 for five minutes)
