  9. I'm not sureifmarvel still does it but they used to have a fixed point of "six years" since the fantastic four appeared. Its probably ten or twelve now. Does anyone do that or do you keep it as "we appeared in 1990 and its gone from there"
  10. APG has multiple special effects, I'd have to look if it's in one or two, I believe 1. and it seems like every time I post something there is some comment about it not doing enough damage or it's built the wrong way or something (how can it be be built wrong?). While I understand, and accept, some negative feedback, everyone gets it and gives it - I'm just tired of being told I'm wrong with something. The idea is that when the sword pierces it gives off frost/ice damage. On a "crit" it will build up enough energy that it bursts out of the victims body and give off area damage.
  11. yeah, no more builds from me.

  13. Saber, scimitar or falchion?
  14. That's something that always got me in the rules. The fact that you buy "radius" but it's 360 degrees around. I agree with hyper-man though about the +1/4 versus +1/2. Can also see the use of a limitation on a full buy of radius.
  15. Was curious how people wrote up a power that only works in an arc (180 degrees more or less). More than a cone but less then a full diameter (i.e. "radius"). I can see (using hexes) Any area locked at 3 "Hex sides". Any suggestions?
  16. It's a thought Hyper. I threw this together pretty quickly in class.
