Suppress is from 5e. 6e eliminated that option (edit-as a separate power. It's now a subset of drain). FWIW one of the links I posted up thread includes my version of tazer shotgun shells for both 5e (using suppress) and 6e (using the stunning option from the 6e advanced players guide 1).

Are we all sure that we understood his response the same way?
I read it as agreement with everyone on Q3 that the maneuvers cost 1 end if not martial or str based like block and dodge.

You might want to look at this thread.

Welcome to HERO.

Points are for players, not npcs, silly robot.
I'm only half kidding...
-
I wonder if we should ask the members who know how to update the most commonly used Hero Designer exports with END costs for regular combat maneuvers?
-
Requires multiple foci comes to mind.
What happens if one of the 'background' pieces is lost or stolen? How long would it take to discover it's missing. Would it automatically be an edge piece?
-
Didn't Marvel at one point have the X-men costumes be made of unstable molecules by way of Mr. Fantastic and Professor X?
That combined with just 1 or 2 levels of Combat Luck arguably allows mutants to survive with normal range base defenses (8-15 for example) before adding anything else.

DI was great and had many foundational changes incorporated into 4e. However, it did NOT give any definition to supers. That was done first in Champions 4e. What DI did (as well as Espionage and Fantasy Hero 1e) was define the point at which characteristics cost double. This was unfortunately referred to as max when it was nothing of the sorts.
-
Only a few 'base' MA maneuvers would still be effective without using STR unless also combined with Martial Damage Classes which are also automatically 0 end.
-
Who said anything about STR used with MA maneuvers not costing END?
-
Because like all martial art maneuvers points were spent on it.
-
One more factor in support of the pricing of the Stunning option is that the price of the Automaton ability Takes no Stun costs 15 points.
-
As far as the pricing goes it's mostly in the core rules, per 6e1 page 174-176 the cost of -6 to a characteristic roll is 18 and long lasting 1 turn is 2. Per APG1 the stunning effect is an additional 30 for 50 base cost which i added the +1/2 sticky advantage to reach 75 active for my tazer build.
-
Hugh, I believe a 30 CON would have a default 15- roll before whatever penalty purchased for the CE is applied. In the case of my tazer example the target would need to make a 9- roll to NOT be stunned the first phase.

What's the best way to notify Jason about the issue?
To the original poster-
You need to open a case with Jason.
I believe this is the link:
https://www.herogames.com/forums/index.php?app=nexus&module=support
That might be specific to me though...
If it doesn't work then go to support then contact us.

What's the best way to notify Jason about the issue?
-
If the charges are on a firearm with a strength minimum then meeting that minimum to use the weapon without penalty will cost end.
-
It also provides price points for applying penalties to the CON roll and the duration of the effect. The notes I quoted are specific for my tazer build. The APG and Hero Designer go into more detail.

They used the backup hyper drive.

In Zombie movies there is a hoard of the undead walking around eating people. But if that was true then those who are bitten, escape, and later turn into zombies would be the exception to the rule. Most would have been consumed, and we would be left with a few fat zombies walking and a lot of bones lying around.
Maybe another side effect of becoming a zombie is a defacto gastric bypass.

Why couldn't the 1985 Doc Brown raid the Delorean that sent him to 1885 (just sealed in a mine) for parts replaceable in 1955 and gasoline to repair the 1955 version Marty arrives in? He said the lightning strike took out the hover capability but made no mention of regular tires, suspension or gas tank & engine.
Bueller?

African or European?

The cover price on my copy is $49.99. That said I am not sure. With the number of copies for sale It might be a hardback color book but I would wait for official confirmation.
Stunned without losing STUN?

Ok, poor choice of words. But like Gliding it no longer has its own power write up and has been relegated to being a subset of another power.
And if I recall correctly, Regeneration was a separate power in 4e but was eliminated as a full power in 5e that could be rebuilt using Healing plus Advantages. 6e added Regeneration back as a full separate power again.
