14 Ho! Haha! Guard! Turn! Parry! Dodge! Spin! Ha - THRUST!: Hand-To-Hand Attack +4d6, Hole In The Middle (+1/4), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +1/2), Area Of Effect (2" radius; +3/4), Continuous (+1) (70 Active Points); Hand-To-Hand Attack (-1/2), OIF (buck and a quarter staff (of opportunity); -1/2), STR Minimum 6-14 (8) (-1/2), Required Hands Two-Handed (-1/2), Concentration, Must Concentrate throughout use of Constant Power (1/2 DCV; -1/2), Requires A DEX Roll (No Active Point penalty to Skill Roll; -1/2), Restrainable (-1/2), Real Weapon (-1/4), Side Effects (Smacks himself in the face with staff; -1/4) - END=0

Anyone entering the character's hex will automatically get hit (unless the character misses the initial DEX roll).

The character can add up to +4 DC's with enough STR, CSL's or Martial Arts.

  2. A collapse of the BigXII with Oklahoma and either OSU or Kansas(preferably) going to the SEC in 2025 is possible/likely scenario when the conference's grant of rights expire. The current playoff deal also expires around the same time.  The exit of 2 BigXII teams would likely trigger the remaining teams to scramble to find new homes in the BIG, PAC12 and ACC. Notre Dame finally joins the ACC in football and Texas would likely join the PAC12 or BIG providing for 4 16 team conferences with a 8 team playoff built in with conference semifinals.

0 27) Disarming Heat Vision: Blast 1d6, Reduced Endurance (1/2 END; +1/4), Sticky (Only the affected metal object is "Sticky"; +1/2), Line Of Sight (+1/2), Area Of Effect Accurate (4m Radius; +1/2), Area Of Effect (32m Cone; +3/4), Selective (+1/4), Does BODY (+1), Attack Versus Alternate Defense (Life Support Extreme Heat; +1 1/2), Damage Over Time (129-256 damage increments, damage occurs every Segment, can be negated by ending contact with the "affected" metal; Dropping the metal weapon; +5 3/4) (60 Active Points); Limited Power Only vs. Targets Touching Metal (-1/2) Real Cost: 30
[Notes: This is the classic hotfoot vs. held weapons.] - END=3

The base attack could be changed to RKA 1 pip with no other changes necessary. This would effectively add resistant ED as required defense besides Life Support.

  5. Was the character attempting the disarm armed themselves? If so were they using their weapon? If so was the STR being applied taking into account the STR min of their weapon? If they were using their free hand was it at -3 OCV assuming their own weapon was in their primary hand?

  6. I created a build several years ago for a very similar problem (6 shot revolver with 6 clips of different ammunition) I can't find the build or the original thread (a likely casualty of the multiple forum software changes). The way I did it was straightforward though. I built 1 Multipower and then used the Equipment Doubling rules to make 5 more (15 points with no limits). I also purchased Multiple Limbs and Ambidexterity and then applied IPE to everything but the base Multipower. Mechanically this created 5 extra limbs and 'guns' for each of them that could legally be fired up to 6 times in 1Phase with up to 6 different types of ammunition. Put some limitations on the extra limbs (Only to use 6 guns in 1) and acknowledge that the SFX is a single gun that fire up to 6 types of ammo in a single sequence via Multiple Attack.
