Finally Rachal "Phoenix" Summers shows up. She gets face-to-face with Juggy and says "Guess what I do?" Juggy went "Uh Oh" and passes out. (No he wasn't wearing his helmet. Nothing wrong with it. You have to take the bad guy down as fast as possible.

Re: Streamlining the system What is the education level of your players? It's easily understood basic math. I was 16 and in high school when I started playing Champions and it didn't take me long to understand the system. Nobody had to make it less complex or coherent. I truly do not understand why people think the system is complex. Maybe you just need to teach the system in a different way.

Over 7ft tall with fangs and he only has a 8 PRE? I would make it a 13 PRE and keep the +7 with PRE Attacks. Hyenas aren't the scavengers that people think they are. They get kills as much as (possibly more than) lions do.(at least that's what I understand from the nature shows I've seen) Other than that, I like it.

I just thought this needed to be said again.. It would be nice if the Hero Game message boards had moderators, so that threads that have become completely pointless, like this one, would get closed.

Then you are missing out on a very good resource for the Hero System. A resource that should be able to handle quite a few house rules when v2 becomes availible.

I would also say that if the Desolid is bought costing no End., then the Limitation would be -0. I mean if a character can stay Desolid for as long as he wants "Only usable when Desolid" isn't really a limitation.

Re: Desolid and OIHID I wouldn't use OIHID. I'd just give the powers the limitation of "Only usable when Desolid"(-1/4 Lim.).
