Reptile City is complete. I should warn everyone ahead of time that Reptile City is not mapped out. It's just too large. The Doomsday Beast lair, the Throne Room of King Reptillon, and the Reptile Temple are mapped out, as those are extremely likely locations for combat.

Apologies for the delay. The text of the product should be done by Christmas. I just finished up a couple sections and I'm beginning work on the Reptile City section. After that, there's some general map fluff, two or three history sections, some general guidelines, and we're done.

No. There's some fluff in the map sections that needs to be added, a section on the PTAH Underground Response Team, and a section on Open vs. Closed on how much knowledge people have about the Center of the Earth on the Surface. We're on page 306 right now before maps and art, so it's probably going to be around 320-325 typed pages, which means that with art and maps it's probably going to be about a 240-260 page book. This thing is big. It's the biggest thing I've ever done.

My Universe has PTAH, the Paranormal Tactical Analysis Headquarters. Players have investigated for years the spurious link between Egyptian religion and this acronym. There is NOTHING there. I used to be a huge fan of UNTIL back in 3rd and 4th edition. Now, I hate them. And here's why. Recent editions of Until have proven that there's no need to be a superhero. Your starting character is better off as an UNTIL agent.

You're really going to tell me that Champions isn't 70 to 80 percent of Hero's core base? There are some things I want changed. I want Transfer brought back. I want Damage Negation removed. I want Growth fixed, because it doesn't fit neatly into five or ten point blocks anymore, and that's a big problem for me. Shrinking needs to be more expensive. It's a huge DCV boost for a pittance of points. It is now the most effective power pound for pound in the game. Plus, when you look at the metalevel with growth, there's a problem with the simplest characters who only have the power to change their size. Aid also needs to be more expensive. If it costs about 15 points to take someone's energy and give that to yourself, it should cost about the same amount of points to boost up, if not more. Most of these issues revolve around additional time taken to resolve combat or getting away with too much for limited amounts of points.
