And Severino seems to have a fundamental misunderstanding of the issue of gender confirmation surgery (hopefully I used the current terminology this time). There are very well-established protocols leading up to GRS to ensure that it's being used on the right patients* and as far as I know there are less issues with the process than in the past. Please look up the origin of the "National Socialist" portion of the Nazi movement and its relation (or utter lack thereof) to socialism before continuing that particular line of reasoning.

When the election was going on, one of my coworkers (most of the older ones are conspiracy nuts and flat earthers) said Trump is better than Killeray. I was like are you serious? Because if you are, you are a ton of words meaning stupid, some slurs and other things. He was like what? And I said we would ban deliveries from Trump because he'll always call back trying to get free food and won't tip the drivers. Eventually we's have to Roscoe his dumb @$$.

Another option is to summon an immobile construct with OCV levels for Grab and high strength, and / or martial maneuvers and as many martial arts damage classes as you like; I included a couple of custom maneuvers below which might be suitable. How many points you want to spend and how tough you want the construct to be determines the rest. The appropriate automaton powers would be suitable as well.
