Iron Sky (2012) A hard to find comic called Captain Gravity by Penny Farthing Press. A Rocketeer rip off to be sure but still a good read. I know its not a movie but its all i can think of.

Yes and no. Yes in that he is a Red Ronin version but no Terminus isn't really like RR since Terminus makes Galactus look like a boy scout in comparison.
