  10. Re: How Many "Super-Cities" is too many? I think the best answer to this is what does the history, background of the world facilitate and what are logical extensions of that? Simply put, enough that it is fitting with the background world and not too many as to make the world seem crowded. If you are looking to develop the world around the players then let them come put with background stories separately and collectively review them. Take the ideas presented here and expand from there.

  12. Re: How Many "Super-Cities" is too many? Not to sound dumb but can you define a super-city for the purposes of this question?
  13. Re: Jack, A Post Apocalypse Hero Really it's more of a cinematic effect than anything explained. It is the blade that cuts through anything. Part of Jack's concept is a play on the master swordsman. Unlike the Samurai who has studied for years and obtained some masterful enlightenment Jack simply is Jack. "He's taken care of his Blade and it's done right by him."
  14. For the purpose of determining if a Multiple Power Attack is viable how should Power Frameworks that have a quantity of 2 or Greater be treated? For example a character has a 50 point multipower and has paid an additional 5 points to double the quantity of this multipower. For the purpose of this question let's say twin pistols. In the event the character chooses to make a Multiple Power Attack can they select one power from each of these frameworks or do they still fall under the guidance that a character should never be allowed to select more thna one power from a single framework or are they treated as two unique entities that can be used together?
  15. Re: City of Heroes - Online Hero Game This is a fav of PvPs that I've seen. Since neither one get's reduced when you attack.

  17. Re: Poison's Champions Art Thread I don't know about that, slap a red boarder around it and about 90 pages behind it and you have a weekly romance novel.
  18. Re: Rainbow's End and Beyond Short of atomization I don't think see through green glowing ones ever are.
  19. Re: a living dead PC For a concept like this I would say don't skimp on things like life support. If you want to shave points you may add things like Side Effects to it to represent that it's still effecting the physical body but it doesn't really matter because she is dead.

  23. Re: Hero System Good Idea/Bad Idea... I think Steve Jackson games did their versions of all the White Wolf settings including Werewolf: The whatever you put at the end. You may be able to pick that up and do a conversion if that's something you want to run with rules that don't make your head explode.
  24. Re: Genre-crossover nightmares Hay now... Dresden Files Dolls, collectible and coin operated
  25. Re: Poison's FREE Character Drawing Contest - #1 I believe that is correct.
