Re: WWYCD: Where brave men (and women) are needed Uncle Slam would be the most likely to stay; Ironically, a romantic attachment would be more likely to drive him out than keep him there, mostly because he still has a torch for someone. Audra Blue would need to be back in her own world. Anthem would do what she can while she's there, but she knows she can do more good in her own home world, because she's not all-powerful; She makes a difference on the street level.

Audra blue with the cybernetic parts and her naturally piratical ways would be a natural pirate. Uncle Slam... well, I dunno. He's studied some eastern mysticism, as he has nearly everything else. Both seem rather villainous to him so he wouldn't have a preference. And the world at large, if this is through collective will of the people, would probably want to see him in a pirate hat.

Re: Has anyone ever played Superhero 2044? First superhero game I ever ran. It was interesting in that you had to devote patrol time and could come across random encounters. I ran a campaign for a few months until my brother decided he was done with RPGs and gave me his copy of champions. And except for threads like this, I never looked back.

Well, I've participated in all the previous ones and made 4 legitimate attempts this time all of which I'd be ashamed to show anyone, and all of which remain unfinished. So I know I'm out. I guess wait through the weekend and see if anyone says they're sending an entry, and if none, ask your one entry because at that point, he's the only one who matters.

Re: WWYCD: GRAB infilitration Anthem would not appear on the scene as an established villain. She'd play it more as a kid who just discovered her powers and used them to escape from PRIMUS. Word should get around that on her way out of custody she managed to steal something big! Skills like that (able to escape a hero base and take something with them) should get her over with the bad guys. She'd let them help her create an identity. Only changes she'd make would be to die her hair black, just to put some distance between her identity and Anthem (who is blonde). The stolen item would be anything PRIMUS was willing to part with. It should have symbolic importance rather than raw power, like stealing the hat off of Uncle Slam's desk.

Re: List of Middle Eastern Superheroes It's traditional western thinking on naming foreign superheroes. I'm as guilty of it, if not more so, than most. Could be worse though.... Fear the Ayatollah of Crime!

Audra Blue - Lucretia, My Reflection by Sisters of Mercy Anthem - Intersting that I don't think she'd listen to music very much so it's hard to equate her to a song. I think maybe, This Is It by Kenny Loggins. Uncle Slam - Unforgiven by Metallica. He's definitely not a metallica guy.. he's probably into classical with a sideline in classic rock. The song just happens to be the vibe I get.

Re: What Would Your Character Wear? The Costume Party! Uncle Slam isn't much for costume parties, but if it's an "official function" I suppose he'd attend, likely dressed as something that wouldn't involve shaving his beard. So maybe moses. Anthem would dress up as Robin. Since she doesn't have lots of firepower and does have plenty of acrobatic skill she always wanted to be either Cap or Batman's sidekicks, were they really to exist in her universe (which they don't). I can't even wrap my head around Audra Blue in a costume. Something splashy but not too revealing. Maybe Cleopatra.
