From Spain comes the hunter Cazadora. She can track people across deserts, jungles, mountains, swamps, snowscapes  and the seas. She can also track people across the cities although this is a recent skillset. She usually gets close enough to use a camera gun to confirm a target that is being pursued but she can use firearms. The others trust her to get close to a target to confirm as there are disguise experts and morphs around.

Martin Louis is an ex-Gendarme, noted for his ability to track people or animals across wilderness and rural areas, a skill he perfected as a boy in rural Brittany. His career came to an end when he tracked a disgruntled bomber back to his shack - only to have it blow up in his face, leaving him blind and with only one arm.
Enter the shadowy Unit Europa, a trans-Europe attempt at an answer to US and Russian enhanced soldier programs. Using cybernetic replacement parts and implants, they restored Martin to far better then previous. He can now see in a much broader spectrum, catch scent like a bloodhound, and has a powerful select-fire rifle built into his right arm.

Years ago, when a large enough group of comic book collectors had decided they could stand no more, they rounded up all the Rob Liefeld comics they could afford and burned them in the largest crucible hung in the old abandoned foundry, murmuring curses and shouting confusing-yet-clearly-hateful things as they did so.....
 
Fifteen years later, the old foundry was purchased and converted to store front and mini-amusement park by a european company famous for its line of construction toys.  If only that down-on-her-luck cat burglar hadn't decided to find and loot the safe.  If only those comic book collectors hadn't quoted random bits of movie gibberish, accidentally invoking an ancient curse...  if only she hadn't fallen into that cursed vat of rejected Bionicle parts.....
 
 
 
 

The enigmatic and roughshod leader of mercenary group The Saboteurs, Stainless Steel is always decked out to the nines. Not in a ballroom gown, but in an assortment of gadgets provided by their very own resident Mad Scientist, Composite. From the Jet Skater Boots to her Stunning Blaster, and not to mention her signature Steely Gaze Sword, she's mean, lean, and horrifyingly swift at her work.
 
The defacto leader on actual ops, she had been just a hired gun for a low ranking mobster. But, when a run went south due to a rival gang showing up, things went south fast. When she woke up on Composite's medical bench, it was a good thing she'd been disarmed first! A short argument over whether to thank or shoot him for saving her, and she was roped into the Mad Man's Plan. To take vengeance against his cooperate Rival, Hardline Industries! A lifedebt owed, she agreed on the condition she run the ops. 
 
Fighting alongside their resident Brickhouse, Cast Iron, she provides the speed where as he provides the raw power of the two. With their six covered by Brass, a hotshot sniper, the team does good work, with only one rule. Only locations, not targets. Too much bad blood from a bit too much blood. A Hit squad they are not. They are... The Saboteurs.

She is The Troubleshooter. A mercenary with tons of electronic skills.
 
Unbenounced to most everyone, she is an android created by ARGENT to be a test subject for various products (including herself, as there are a warehouse full of inactive Troubleshooters to take her place).

Following up on TJack's suggestion, I immediately thought of this Phil Cho art although it appears more tech inspired.

Although, in line with Archer's post about misdirection and giving herself an edge, the "tech" could all be for show.  "Oh, no!  You've taken away my gauntlets and my belt!  Whatever am I to do?"
 
I've done that with a mutant luck manipulator.  Early in her criminal career she filled plastic Easter eggs with glitter and would thrown them when she used her powers.  If someone "disarmed" her, they'd quickly learn that didn't stop her at all.
 
Edit to add:  Since Echo has a secret ID, I'd add solid black goggles or a solid cloth upper-facemask to that - still play off Archer's fake-blind angle, and you need something to disguise her identity.  Or it you just want to use that picture as-is, you can say that she wears a high-tech motorcycle helmet with dark-tinted visor, and it's just not pictured.

You might want to check out the artwork of Phil Cho on YouTube. He’s been doing character studies for an alternate universe called Earth-27.   It’s mostly DC but includes Marvel and characters from Ghostbusters Supernatural and Scooby-Doo.
  It may spring loose a few ideas.  Good luck.

Black Lion's Mane is a brick, with enhanced strength, toughness, and the ability to leap great distances.  He claims that his powers come from his "enchanted" lion head necklace, but it's no more enchanted than his cape or belt.  Black Lion's Mane is actually a mutant, though he doesn't advertise this for fear of reprisals.

Nathan Rothschild was a notorious ladies man amongst the social elite in New York in the 1920s. He was killed by a jealous rival at a masquerade ball, but his spirit remained on Earth. Now he appears from time to time to yet again romance women, and invariably ends up helping them against some threat or to escape a dire circumstance. This task complete he will then vanish knowing that he can never truly be with anyone in the land of the living.

Some people check in and out on irregular schedules and that causes delays.

I realize I’m the outsider in this thread since I can’t play, but it’s always been a lot of fun to check out and I hope it doesn’t end up getting shut down.   Keep the faith.

Sublime Mastery of the Mind
 
Cecil Tompkinson was always a conceited and pompous guy. How he spontaneously developed mental powers he does not even know himself. The name came from journalists as he tried to explain his mental abilities and started out with the phrase. He is a bit of a coward and tries to stay back from combat. Partly this is due to an unfortunate run in with Korg the Mighty who Cecil is convinced is trying to murder him in particular. He gets on well with The Captain who has managed to shake him out of his cowardice in combat and focus him on the job in hand.
 
New Team: The Russian Avengers
The Wehrmacht group has caused some Russians to band together to fight them and Neo and proper Nazis. The group numbers five and is named after Russian military equipment from WW2 like the KV1, KV2, KV3, IS1, IS2, IS3, T34 tanks, the Degtyaryov machine gun, the PM M1910 medium machine gun, the PPD sub-machine gun, the Katyusha rocket lorry, Andryusha rocket lorry, MIG1 aircraft, MIG3 aircraft, YAk1/3/7/9 aircraft,  the IL2 and IL10 Shturmovik aircraft and the Tokarev rifles

Korg the Mighty
 
The brick of the team is Korg the Mighty. Supposedly he was created out of a comic by The Animator. Korg is perpetually angry and has a sneer on his face. He will violently assault anyone for any reason from trying to arrest him, insulting him, sarcasm to even smiling at him or walking across the street to avoid him. He hates people with mental powers as he is immune to them but he claims that they hurt him. He has developed a Hate/Hate relationship with Meteor Man as he has been picked up and dumped upside down by the latter
 
New Team: Wehrmacht Irregulars  
Five more members to the Wehrmacht group. Same deal as before named after German WW2 equipment like Panzerkampfwagen and Schmeisser. The following names cannot be used as they are the original group, 109, Panzerfaust, Das Boot, V6 and Sturmvogel (ME262).

Silent Monkey
 
The new martial artist for the team is Silent Monkey. His style is Monkey but he also knows Drunken Monkey. He is oft referred to as a ninja as he does tend to sneak up and surprise opponents and he does not speak. He can understand English, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese (Mandarin and others). He tends to sign to the others.and indicate to police etc that he does not/cannot speak.
He appears to be Chinese but does not confirm one way or the other. 

Cameron DeSalle has earned her license as a private investigator, solving crimes no one else can. She joined the team on the recommendation of her cousin,  Steve Charlton. She has learned some basic hand to hand from the Captain and Silent Monkey so she can defend herself. Her main function on the team is to get them to the villains before the villains know the Stars are coming. Her masked identity, Seeker, is street clothes and mask.
