Re: Delayed Missile Reflection I've generally done this as Reflect with Delayed Effect, as you proprose. It can be quite nasty when you save them all up. Phase 3: Reflect, Delayed until 12. Phase 6: Reflect again, still Delayed until 12. Phase 9: Once again Phase 12: Unleash all the attacks I've absorbed, all at once, at THAT GUY!

Re: Underwater Combat Mastery I'd stress how graceful and "at home" he is in the water. Acrobatics; Only Underwater (-1/2)* Navigation: Marine (or maybe even Bump Of Direction) And a couple of Movement Levels with Swimming Only Underwater is normally a much higher penalty, but for someone who specializes in that environment, it's not really much of a limitation.

If two characters coordinate an attack against a target, can one grab the target to hold him still (and apply his squeeze damage to the combined STUN total), while the other pummels away? Or does the grab have to finish before the punch gets the benefits of the grab? (I'm going to be running a Duplicating villain against my group soon, and want to be sure I know what I'm doing.)
