It's sad, but in a way I'm kind of glad it's not just me who's seeing this. Last week I had my students perform the same simple experiment at three different temperatures (ice water, room temperature, near-boiling) and time the reaction to see how long it took. Then I asked them to plot those three--three!--data points and draw a rough curve, then use that curve to predict how long the reaction would take at 50ºC. Less than a quarter of them proved able to do that successfully. These weren't my Honors students, but still. That's pathetic. /gripe

One of Syndrome's prototype Omnidroids has decided it's tired of getting trashed all the time, so it's moved into a new body. A new body made of adamantium. Problem: The precious owner of the said body is TICKED. It's the fight of the century: Adamantium Omnidroid v. 11 vs. Ultron, with the Avengers and the Incredibles all trying to stop the fight and mitigate property damage and minimize casualties.
