    That makes no sense. Thor had earlier defeated Surtur. In his own realm no less. And Hela had already proven she could defeat Thor. The problem with defeating Hela is that she's the Goddess of Death. Even if you kill her, she just brings herself back.

    Sinclair was not a pirate. His grandfather, Sir Thomas Sinclair was. For one voyage, after which he obtained his licence as a privateer. Had to pay a rather hefty ... fine, shall we say ... to have the date on that letter of marque be retroactive to prior to his previous voyage.

    Hollywood makes changes to every other costume, but they play it straight with The Big Red Cheese. The one costume that could have used some changes.

    No. He didn't like to talk about his wartime service much. He was invited into the CIA in the late 40s but turned them down. He said he could only do the sort of things he'd done during time of war.

    Well he was in the SOE during World War II. I had an uncle who was in the OSS and he knew that sound very well too.

    There's a solution that might work. Not arming teachers with firearms, but with tazers. Something to consider as a sane approach, rather than the insanity of more guns.

    So who does Apocalypse usually fight and why haven't they shown up yet? I'm assuming that there is a hero or at least a team in the Fishverse that is more in line with their power level. Otherwise they would have taken over the world by now. You've introduced a mega tough villain team, somebody has to be keeping them in check.
