As Armitage said, Pro: NPCs are good for repeating clues, something I should have done sooner in our Arsenal of Democracy game. They don't have to deduce for us. Beef up party strength, especially when player attendance is lacking. Con: Potential diffused spotlight for our Player Character heroes.
