Walter "Radar" O'Rielly (from M*A*S*H) with actual Precognitive powers. Originally he had an uncanny sense for the impending arrival of helicopters with wounded soldiers needing care. Actual Precognition would also help with the practice of triage -- if he could bear the knowledge he would gain that certain soldiers are about to die and cannot be saved while others live.
