Actually, the first base that I thought of when I was just out of high-school was building the headquarters under the local mall. Lots of people to mingle with, arcade on the upper level, food court. I'm mean, what more could a young superhero ask for. And plus, villians would probably attack the mall as it was the biggest building in our tiny little town. Your main movement power is a Instant Duration flight dependant upon eating large quantities of beans. You are the main villians DNPC, who in turn is Aunt May's DNPC.
