CorpCommander
Scooby-Doo Cthulhu resource guide Pretty funny stuff! Since Horror Hero isn't out I figure this fits here better than in the other places. I think the Mystery Machine needs rockets and a twin .50 though. ;-) --Pete

Captain Obvious
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu http://members.tripod.com/~into_the_shadows/models/cmystery.zip crap...looks like Tripod doesn't want anyone linking directly to files or something. Try going to http://members.tripod.com/~into_the_shadows/models/index.html and using the cmystery.zip link from there...

Lucius
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu "Hero System write-up by John Desmarais - no one knows exactly why." Lucius Alexander The palindromedary observes that Lucius enjoyed that postscript more than the character write-ups

Nevenall
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu I like the roleplaying notes, though the thought of Velma and Shaggy "experimenting" is a little frightening.
Lucius
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu Insinuations that Shaggy, if not the whole gang, were, shall we say, participants in the drug culture, have been around a long time - probably since the show debuted. After all, they think their dog talks to them. Lucius Alexander The palindromedary points out that I have no room to talk.

Lucius
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu What, you thought Shaggy was her lab assistant? Lucius Alexander The palindromedary admonishes Lucius not to sound so innocent.
AdamLeisemann
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu No. Something more "personal." Though I have to say this: The drug-culture jokes are DEAD people... They're so far dead that they can't even rise up as zombies! Okay, ranting done.
liquidsnake
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu As I recall the Mystery Inc. gang was mentioned in Call of Cthulhu, but Shaggy is the only one that had survived.
Lucius
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu As I recall the Mystery Inc. gang was mentioned in Call of Cthulhu' date='but Shaggy is the only one that had survived.[/quote'] Um, I assume you mean "Call of Cthulhu" the game - "Call of Cthulhu" the story predates Scooby Doo. Lucius Alexander The palindromedary does think that if Lovecraft were afflicted with visions of the futre, seeing pre-runs of Scooby Doo WOULD be a truly horrible curse.... Publius
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu The thought that crossed my mind upon reading the threat title was "Jinkies Scoob, like what's that tentacle growin' outta your back for?"

Badger
Re: Scooby-Doo Cthulhu Well, they gave Fred 50% Drive Auto. Not sure how that equates to HERO. But after one episode watching him trying to get away from some flying ghost bull. I'd have to give him at least 20- for Combat Driving. The Mystery Machine was motoring in that scene.
